your living dog is trying to tell you that something's not right with its friend.damn right it's "confused"! do u know how sad it'll be for your living dog? to see his friend's lifeless body there everyday? this may be temporarily comforting to you humans coz you're in so much denial but don't torture your living pet.
awww!! very touching I have a little pekingese and I've considered freeze drying him when his death occurs... Pekes are just such a beautiful breed it would be hard to just bury him in the ground or burn (cremation) him... I believe this is a good way to honor them!!
This is not a normal way to greive. It has passed on, don't you even find it disrespectful that his body lays around your house?? This is wayyyyy unhealthy.
i'm sitting here bawling my eyes out. I don't know how I would react if I had my pet there and his brother just was so happy but I knew.. he would never be fully back.
Thanks for the fascinating video. I'm waiting for my dog's return after having him freeze-dried. It helps to see your doggy's reaction because I'm not sure how I'm going to feel when I get Yummy back. He's been away for months, and I was finally getting used to having him gone, at least most of the time. I hope I haven't made a mistake. Thanks again for posting this video.
I have my yorkie comfortable in bed with me now...and in the next few days I know it will be time to say our good-byes ...I am going to have my yorkie with me as well for life....
thank you so much for posting this...it has really helped me seeing his reaction to her...
As you can imagine, it isn't the first time we have heard that. We get one of two reactions and yours is the most common. Still, we don't regret it. We loved her and it's sort of nice having her around again albeit much less animated.
this may me cry its sad but beautiful

That's disturbing to me, but that's me. I had my dog cremated.

P.s. You wouldn't do this to a family member you loved, would you? Just wrong.

Believe me, I understand.

I understand what it's like losing a pet. We lost our two oldest Pekes this past year but I find this kind of disturbing.
