Enough posting videos under the wrong names, Thats not a radio station, Its a Ammeter radio setup, I would know I have worked at several radio stations as a junior engineer (England's great is it not?) And that certainly doesn't match even the low standard's, For a radio station you need at least one audio console or mixer and you can't use table stands as they transmit table vibrations, I would recommend using a mixer and getting a microphone pulley system if you want to get serious

It is a Zoom H1 digital recorder and it is used while recording video and it produces a MP3 audio file which is then synchronized with the video during post production but since then we bought a new SOny NX5U professional video camera which has a much better shotgun mic that we wont be using the Zoom as much.
