I also agree this song was the best that year. But I think the stage performance and the fact Ines appears too nervous held them back. ABSOLUTE BEST song though xD

Tanel Padar was cute there...when he won he was just sort of weird... plus, this song is better (even if I loved 'Everybody' when it won, which I guess is why it won...)

i can't believe this song didn't win in 2000. i would have thought it would have been 2nd minimum on around 180pts. surprised it finished on only 98pts.

i guess being song 4 on the night was too early.  (although i am sure some of you may point on Turkey was song 4 in 2003)

maybe it was the cowboy hat? who knows!

well at least Estonia performed an amazing song - definitely one i will listen to for many years i think. :)

That's what I used to like in Eurovision - that unknown young and talented singers and bands got a shot to show their best and do well on the European stage at one night. And this girl is just a clear example of it. Unfortunately many countries think nowadays that if they send their best singers they will win. Please stop sending the singers who already participated, won or succeeded in the contest. It's competition for young talents and fresh rhythm and music!
