  • if your horse trusts you he wont have any issues with walking on the other side!

  • Honestly, its her horse...her training. If you dont like the way she is working with HER horse then keep comments to yourself. YOU may train your horse the way you want to, whether you think it is right, many others could possibly have the same negative opinion towards you. If you have advise for this girl, then leave it in a positive way. she obviously enjoys her horses just as much as you do your own, just let her be.

  • ive never seen a chain being used for lungeing before

can someone explain it to me please??

and i kno this horse is a youngster and all but he is too old to be behaving like this!!

didnt she do anything with it as a foal??

  • Parelli training would be the best for this horse it's natural and no chains involved . threw love leadership and language the horse and human can share and understand an idea and make it his idea.

  • Your suppose to say WHOA when you pull back on the rope

  • why is everyone so critical?

atleast she's showing people what to do and trying to help others. she's spending her time making these videos for everyone to enjoy. if you don;t like the videos, why are you watching them? just my view.

  • @MrSophie4444 other people will try and copy her and shes no expert!!

    someone could get seriously hurt!!

wat sort of example is it lungeing a young potentially dangerous horse with no hat and gloves??

  • This person has NO clue how to train a horse. She is frustrating the hell out of this horse because she never lets him complete a move. She lets him take a couple of steps then she 'halts' him. Never in my life heard anyone use the word 'halt' to a horse. She also isn't the least bit comfortable and he is picking up on it.

  • you blow.

  • i would lose my temper with that horse.

  • A chain? really? I don't need no stinkin chain. Learn how to lead a horse properly for real, and neither will you need no chain. Chain = pain. and that's LAME.

  • PFFFT! She was just as scared as the horse! Like a deer caught in headlights...loved the last line, "I really don't think he's ready to trot this one"

  • If she was really scared of him, she wouldnt be doing this video right now.

She wouldnt even be near the horse if it scared her.

  • @123JPW she's not scared of the horse.. but neihgter do they understand, respect and trust eachother.. so tell me.. why should she do the video?

  • Very bad video,,, and i did not learn anything of it..

  • U should not have a chain on this poor horse it's young and in training you should be soft, gentle and encouraging, I don't know who looks more scared you or the horse Lol

  • And you deffidently shouldent use a chain when you are just training a horse, it will teach him that getting lead it painfull and won't be easy to lead later in life.

  • Haha, she looks kinda scared of him...

  • Her horse is controlling her. Back to the round pen.

  • Personally I think you should master leading your horse from the left. Stand at his shoulder. At the moment you are walking in front of him which is basically telling him "I'm not controlling you". Potentially resulting in a bad accident. Him tossing his head around is a sign that he is uncomfortable with that chain you have on him. I recommend that you ditch the chain and approach differently. Either with a double clipped lead or a SOFT anti-rearing bit. This horse is obviously very sensitive

  • She shouldn't be constantly looking back at him and should also get him moving forward for more successful walk strides before stopping.

  • You can see the young guy is very comfortable with her on the left but not so much on the right. I never put the chain over the nose but i could see that working like a bridle. My horses lunge better with a saddle on their back. I don't understand why allot of people have negative comments but never seem to actually give advice....weird.

  • em...suck

  • lady you suck. its obviosly nervous and you yanking on it isnt gonna help

  • The horse is clearly uncomfortable with that stupid chain over its nose! What a bad way to demonstrate how to teach your horse to lead. Y are you people blaming the horse it is the idiot that is yanking the poor thing about that needs to learn some respect.

  • also...that horse is so big...it should probably have better manners than that...it should have been worked with when it was much smaller...younger.

  • that horse is huge.

  • cool?? Stupid is more like it. The horse has nooo manners

  • read!...the horse is YOUNG, the horse is in TRAINING.

  • cool
