I use Nivea Soft which is really easily avalible in the UK its the only Cream that is light enough of every day use and before applying make up. It keeps my skin soft all day and has really controlled my Eczema. i would say try that for a light and cheap alternative to other products!

For your sore throat - try taking honey! Just eat it, or make a 'tea' - warm water, a large spoonful of honey (it's antiviral, and it coats your throat), and the juice of half a lemon. This always works for me. Hope you feel better soon. :)
