I think if he's a southern rapper, he may have more of a chance of getting noticed, because traditionally, southern rap has been more about the music than lyrics, which is how southern rap got a reputation for catchy beats and hooks but below-average lyrics. The exceptions to that are the T.I.'s, Luda's, and Waynes. They made southern rappers realize they better start getting lyrical to stay relevant.

I listen to a lot of unsigned/underground artists, and to me this guy is just average.
