Hi Phil, I have just read your blog on building this Lester, great job! I am doing one myself, a '59 from Bartlett plan. I am struggling to find a nylon, or similar donut like you used on your binding channel jig. Where did you get that white follower, that follows the top on the base of your router?
@johnw840 Thanks John! I used a piece of plumbing from a sink basin waste to make the follower for under the binding router jig.Any kind of half sphere will do as long as it is wide enough to contact the guitar top.
