What people don't realize is that Korean law is retarded, and you have to pay a percentage of your guilt as far as repairs go. If a person in a ferrari hits you and you're deemed 10% guilty, you have to pay 10% of their outrageously expensive repair bills. And the law says you're always a little guilty, because if you never left your house you wouldn't get in an accident (but you did leave your house).
