I finally got to make some magic mix; used it in a cheese sauce for home made mac & cheese - delicious and very fast to put together. Thanks, Crystal! :)

2 1/3 c. dry non-instant powdered milk

1 c. all purpose flour

1 c. butter, at room temperature and cubed

I love your recipe for magic mix! Is is soooo easy to make sauces with this. Options are infinite!

What's the difference between your recipe and those who call for 4C of dry milk? How can I adjust those recipes to yours? Any ideas?

Many recipes use instant milk powder. Crystal uses regular milk powder. You have to use twice as much of the instant for the same amount of milk, if that makes sense.
