  • What exhaust setup is being used here?

  • @DLF61 pacesetter long tube headers with pacesetter ypipe, cat delete and a single in dual out muffler

  • BADASS man. I plan on doing this to mine when I find a cheap 360 to rebuild in my spare time. Can you tell me what your getting for mpg? City/Highway goin 75 or what not. I already get 11 on highway and one big concern is once I cam it itll just get rediculous. I know it will go down some just hope not alot. Thanks! once again sweeet ride.

  • @Linngren well let me first start out by saying, if you want to build a motor then you should not be worried about gas mileage! but i get about 12 on the highway, and idk maybe 7 in town, but i have a built trans and high stall TQ converter. My truck is actually up for sale, if your interested! Im selling it so i can buy a 2012 Ram

  • i have few question to ask you about your truck

  • hey nick121690 ill to have a chat with you pls.have few question for you.how can we talk in private ?

  • @pastrana198327 um you can message me at npr2u1@gmail.com

  • loafing like a harley

  • the water coming out of the exhaust is just a good sign of a nice healthy running engine and exhuast system(cadalydic converter). water is a side product of combustion along with carbon monoxide, and the cadalydic converter filters the carbon monoxide out, so just water vapor is the end result :)

  • i had a problem with hemifevers sct my comp malfuntion after i did it

  • @DPense yea trans got welded together, I have a fully built trans now with 2800 stall

  • any problems with the tranny

  • hey man that beast sounds bad ass

  • Nice truck bro!

  • What's the cam specs? Im putting .512/.512 comp cam, flat top pistons and redoing the stock heads, and headers, flashpaq tuner do you think the stock lifters and rocker arms will take this build?

  • @averageman67 the stock lifters were just fine for my build. i would check with the manufacture of your pistons on the specs that everything needs to be. if you are going to be doing headers, i would go with long tubes. they are a little more money but are better in the end. I WOULD NOT USE FLASHPAQ. your going to need custom tuning for your build. HEMIFEVER is very popular with dodge products. if you going head deep why not put some big heads on?

  • water is maybe condensation? dont all exhausts have it? :)

  • @flashes94 yea just didnt think the cam would make such a difference

  • How the hell you get it to growl up front? lol nice job. So

  • hey did you haph to get now rocker arms or no jw?

  • @slipknot12390 no the stock stamped steel rockers are just fine. the only reason you would need to get diff rockers is if you wanted to have a fully roller valve train or you need adjustable rockers

  • @nick121690 ok because im getting a cam for my truck and im just pricing the stuff out because rocker arms r freakin expensive like no joke and i actually got a question, is higher duration better or lower duration because im looking for a sound like yours but maybe more lop because im looking at a cam with a duration of 275/284 and a lift of .512/.512 is that to big or no?

  • @slipknot12390 well one thing to realize is that Mopars are one of the most expensive motors to modify. that being said, the more duration the cam has the more air it is going to allow into the cylinder, therefore more air= more power, the lope comes from the LSA or lobe separation angle, this is the gap between when the intake lobe opens the intake valve and when the exhaust valve opens. that cam is pretty big, you may need more parts to complement that size cam

  • @nick121690 oh ok thank you because im getting edlebrock heads aluminum, forged internals, bigger cam, pretty much rebuilt motor with meth injection

  • @slipknot12390 no the stock ones are just fine. very reliable

  • @nick121690 ok cool thanks dude

  • hemifever is the shit.

  • sweet sounding dodge man go check my 85 ram

  • had u had any problems out of it after building the motor

  • @farahtracy no the only problem i had was the dist. gear wore down. but that was my fault for using the wrong kind of material

  • hey where can i get an intake like that because ive been looking and i cant find one i got a 1996 dodge ram in truck with a stock 360 in it and i need some adice for what i can do to give it some hp you know what i mean but if you can help i would most appreaciate it

  • dont worry bout the water mine does that after i put headers and cut muffler off

  • the water is just condensation from the combustion chamber. it has more water since the cam because there is more fuel in the combustion chamber to burn. its not anything to worry about.

  • Love it dude! how much did the cam run you?

  • @davisonjeep i believe the cam was $389 but i spend around $2000 on the setup. plus $4000 for the built trans

  • gotta love that 360

  • Love the lope man.

  • @BIGDADDY21AK thanks bro

  • @BIGDADDY21AK So when you selling it? Price it right I might buy as long as its still holding up good.

  • @BIGDADDY21AK for sale now! 15k

  • Sounds Awesome!!

  • @SupremeThunda23 thanks man

  • @nick121690 wish i could do that to mine, but being in school i aint got much money and i need all the mpg i can get hah.... check out my vids if you get a chance..

  • Many your truck sounds like a beast bro major props

  • Hey I'm lookin to run the same cam in my truck (5.9) I was wondering how well this cam does towing and wut kind of mpg you get with the cam. Also does it still have good low end torque or is it mostly higher rpm power.

  • @DLF61 Well mileage kinda goes out the window when you do a cam as big as the one i have. I get about 15 highway if im lucky. i never did much towing, i carry my quad and stuff in the bed. if your looking at the same cam as i have your going to want a stall converter 2800 rpm was fine for my truck. Also 4.10 gears are a must for low end torque. the high range power is very noticeable with this cam. I also have longtube headers which is for top end power. Do a intake manifold as well

  • looks good i have a built 5.2 but with the fi air gap from hughes i have the same valve covers and cam but i dont have the noise did you change out springs and rockers ect.

  • @dekanrize just the springs. the guy that help build my motor and I both are true believers in the simple and proven design of the stamped stock rockers i think the noise is just valvetrain noise. when its warm out i may install roller rocker

  • What numbers are you putting down with this setup?

  • @IcemanCarter im not sure i have never dynoed it. i would guess upwards of 350hp and well over 400 tq

  • @nick121690 thats motor of course. idk about to the ground

  • Hi love the sound, just rebuilt a 98 5.9 in a ss/t and i have the water out the exhaust too cant figure it out happend after the build and headers but doesnt seem to affect anything. leme know if you ever find anything out. Thanks alot steve

  • @Manac87 the increase of water is because of better combustion. water in the exhaust is a sign of good combustion

  • nice truck man. sound good. how much did you pay for your cam. i have and 2002 dodge ram sport. check it out ace11boy its on youtube

  • Nice truck man.... how much did you buy your cam for. i have an 2002 dodge ram 5.9l sport. check it out ace11boy on youtube.

  • valve train noise from front give it an attitude

  • sounds fucking great bro

  • @massp84style thanks man

  • Man that truck sounds great, I had a 1985 chevy silverado, it had a 290 duriation cam, with a shitload of other goodies haha, About what did you send on this? I have an 02 dodge ram right now, and I really want a cam

  • @Honkystepp gosh i lost trac of what i spent. i would say 2000 is a good number to go by. this aint to chevy the parts are expensive. i have a cam for sale if you are interested. you have a 5.9 correct?

  • nice truck

  • Comment removed

  • @krtaylor56 PM sent

  • where was everything bout as well having trouble finding a great cam+kit for my 360

  • what everything run you?? looking to put a cam in my truck just looking what im gonna spend in parts?

  • @dodge2289 well i dont even know what my total was on the build. but i would say it would be a good idea to have 2 grand to spend
