We all just piled into the toilet no camera trickery involved! we all stood on the pan and squeezed in, quite a feat considering it was roughly 45°C - you can imagine the stench of it in there as well! The only camera trickery involved is when the camera paused for us all to pile back in there.

Normally when someone exits the toilet or walks away from behind it, you can clearly see that. Notice with the opened door, you miss a bit of the information. So you can't tell where the person came from.
