Cancer has been cured, yet the AMA and Big Pharm will never let that be known. Check out diet therapy or any other alternative treatment before irradiating or poisoning yourself. A person with cancer today not only has to survive the cancer, they have to survive the prescribed surgical or oncological treatments. Most oncologists would never "heal" themselves or their family members the way they "heal" their patients. The human body is amazing and is capable of healing itself in most cases.

This is horrible. Why should this grieving mother be in jail? Is society safer now that a bereaved mother is in prison, while mafia members and gangsters who kill for no reason, are enjoying total freedom? Where is the justice and justification for this craziness?

I think community service would have been a better punishment. I agree some punitive action is required but jail time is too severe, expensive for tax payers and just wrong. She is grieving and that is enough punishment.

Attempted murder and assault and battery?????????? For not giving medication? The prosecutor is demented, and the real evil one here. The judge should have thrown this out. Where are the priorities of the D.A. and court system?

 There are so many other things that need to be investigated and prosecuted, and they are picking on a poor woman who has cared for her disabled child for years, which must be a horrible thing alone, without the cancer added to it.

Have they never had a person or pet close to them that has had treatments or medications whose side effects are worse then the daily effects of the illness? Some times the cure can be or seem to be worse than the illness, and for the caregiver it can be a horrible dilemma.

@Brittany853 Yes and he probably got them both from the vaccines. then they have you on medicine forever or you die like this poor little baby. I feel very sorry for the mom. I think they are persecuting her for no reason. They have a licence to commit murder with their drugs and never have to go to jail.

@Brittany853 It has been running in my family like crazy just in this last generation. The mercury in the mothers teeth can pass through the placenta causing a toxic burden then when they vaccinate the kids with thimersol which is a mercury presevative the load gets to great for the little bodies to bare. Poof autism or leukemia or who know what else. Then theres all the horrible drugs to cure it? My heart broke for the mom . She never deserved to go to jail. Jail the people who invent chemo

and i don't know maybe i'm in the wrong but maybe she didn't take him cause she wanted him to die peacefully. a lot of parents decides this when a child has cancer. ( i don't agree but how can i disagree if i never been there) i honestly think the news had know right to even say anything about autism because cancer was the main focus of why he needed treatment.
