is it a 28" Barrel? How much do you weigh? Just wondering cuz i just got a Remington 870 Express 28" Barrel and i have never shot a shotgun before i will soon though! And im pretty nervous about it i know ill eventually get used to it though.
@peanutapt dont worry, ive got a 12 ga. remington 870 express supermag and have shot 3.5 inch shells out of it, i just turned 14, am 5'4ish and weigh 150 lbs and i dont even feel it even after shooting ducks and geese from 6 am to 2 or 3 pm, remington 870s have supercell recoil pads and theyre actually pretty good

@kodylittle yes i have an 870 express and as long as you use 3inch mags you should take down geese with no problem

@peanutapt yes its a 28" but there i weighed 140 i weigh 155 now and i bench press 215
