Brendan, thank you for posting this. It's sad to hear that there are people who are bullied just based on perception, especially when that perception is wrong. We tend to hear more stories about people who were bullied in this manner, but just hadn't come out yet. You bring a differing voice to the table, and I'm glad you shared your story. I'm also glad that it got better for you, too!
I really liked this... I have watched quite a few of these videos and think this is an extraordinary (and extraordinarily important) project, and was wondering about how heterosexuals could support the effort. I'm posting this to Facebook, etc., of course, but I like the idea of reaching out and saying, "You may be forced to deal with some ignorant, hateful heterosexuals, but there are also a lot of us who love and accept you just as you are. Hang in there - we're here for you, too."
