It sounds like a fiesta turbo lump in it mate, I ran 24 psi on my s2 and never chattered as much

@etanramoz i would guess at a T2 turbo but it maybe a T3. its running an EFi from a fiesta turbo and only reason i guessed it was T2 is the pitch of the chatter is high. i run a EFi lump with a T3 and group A cossie filter and the chatter is much louder and lower pitch :)

Nothing to do with the wastegate, its just boost passing backwards through the blades when the throttle butterfly is closed, the blades stall and "chop" and you hear it comming out of the air filter. All a dump valve is, is a spring valve, when the pressure in the charge pipe [from intercooler to engine inlet] reaches a certain amount, it open the dump [compresses spring] and releases the excess boost, instead of risking turbo internals when high boost being forced bkwards.

no it isnt, it`s the sound of the wastegate in the copressor side of the turbo opening and closing quickly, and dumping air back to the intake

its not a blow off valve or dump valve,its the air passing back through the blades of the turbo,caused by loads of boost and a big cone filter.
