Hahahaha...You can't be more WRONG I'm Aussie, but I spend about 34years all together in overseas. Mostly in Europe. I missed our Christmas and HATED snow and being cold, HATED almost darkness (in middle of the winter days) and HATED to be most of the time indoor, or to froze you bum off.

Because you CAN have white Christmas if you really want to! There is everlasting snow at the Snowy Mountains as well as cold weather. In NZ there is everlasting ice at glaciers!!
