Hey guys I was wondering why (im 150 lbs) i can do about 7 of those upside down push ups. I shoulder press 60 lb dumbells. which is 120 lbs, and i have a difficult time with them. why cant i be doing 70s?
It depends on the angle you are doing the push ups. Are you doing them totally vertical? If there is a slight angle instead of being straight, that will take some weight off your shoulders.
@elijahboytellem I did this regular one 6 times today but in a free standing its like a nightmare, I cant even keep the stand without falling yet alone do some push ups :D

is better if you do it not against a wall??.... because i find that it takes some of the weight off if you do it against a wall....

try doing it free standing, that's the only way you could get maximum benefits, trust me :P
