  • well,u know god gave u that . its you believing in yourself and playing.ROCK ON

  • Awesome. ^-^

  • Nice man! Love this song.

  • Dude, thanks for making this video. I just started playing electric for my church (converted bass player, here) and the world of electric guitar is mind boggling to me. I'm just trying to keep up with very basic stuff. These videos are extremely helpful for someone who doesn't know all the little 2 and 3 string chord positions for guitar parts like these. Again, thanks a lot and God bless your youtube tutorial ministry!

  • @MultiBirry Im looking for the bass part. but its nowhere to be found.

  • so when you ganna do a tutorial?

  • @ryanthemanify haha, i don't know man... probably won't be able to. I am just super pushed for time, and because of all that i am busy with, doing a tutorial for this video isn't up on the priority. But i would suggest that you watch the video in 10 sec increments and learn that way! probably more efficient than a tutorial! hope that helps!

  • can i get the tab plz? dlangh7@yahoo.co.kr

  • @zlB2STz sorry bro... i actually do not have the tabs.... i didn't make any... hopefully you might be able to follow along with the video and make the tabs in 10 sec intervals. hopefully that works!

  • There are alot of ways to play the intro. I play it on 11th fret G string then 8th on the G, then the D string from 8th to 9th.

  • ok thanks dude, ya i learned the whole song from this video just that part i need

  • hey man i know you said you didnt do tabs but would be able to say what you played for the solo before it goes into the bridge?

  • @viperdog92 yo bro! Ahh unfortunately, i dont even know what i played man haha--since it is not an insane solo or anything, you might be able to sit down with your guitar, and play the solo part in 10 sec sections. and learn it piece to piece that way, ya know? you can pretty much see what fret I am on from the video, and if not, since you have a guitar with you, you can sound it out. Hope that helps man!

  • Great cover!!!! i like the orange set up to! sounds great

  • are u kidding me!!!!!!!!!!! A GIBSON LES PAUL???? I saw that guitar at guitar center for $6000! Good job by the way and keep that guitar nice and clean!

  • @Mrfishingexpert haha well it is definitely not the same guitar you were looking at! haha, not in a longgg shot! but thanks for the encouragement on the cover, i hope it helped! 1 Peter 2:3

  • @IchthysUNC2014 No problem haha

  • thank you so much for the video!! =] this is really going to help my youthgroup!

  • Dude, This is like the best electric cover of any worship song i've ever seen. I don't know why yet, but I feel God moving me and equipping me to take the guitar from a hobby and a toy, to using it for His glory. You are being a big part of this, kind sir. Keep doing what you're doing. I don't know you but i will pray for you. Don't let anybody discourage you and keep striving to perfect you gift for Him :)

  • No dislikes Yet. Good cause a song that praises our lord shouldn't be disliked

  • nice and what the tabs for the verse fast picking

  • @dkrider10 ahhhh i dont know... im sorry i didnt do tabs because I thought video might be easy to see - i might suggest you watching it with your guitar, and playing through it slowly so that youll be able to follow along - does that help much?

  • nice cover overall, cant beat the quality of the sound and effects. Wrote down the tab down so my youth ministry band can play it. rock on man

  • @NegmaDeath dude that is awesome man! I am so glad i get to help out in that way! Blessings in Christ

  • ahh so awesome!!!! u r an amazing guitar player! so encouraging:)) my favorites were this one, our God, from the inside out, and everything. i subscribed;)))

  • nice work dude!! two thumbs up!! what key are you playing??

  • @ardelacruz02 yo man! thanks alot for the encouragement, i hope it helps in learning the song! and the key is in B!

  • @thebassdude3 sorry man. im usin a boss G-10 so i kinda dunno all these ts8080, etc, etc. -_-"

  • Nice work! Jesus loves you. He will be here for you when no one else is.

  • nice cover :)

  • effects? (im asking about the actual effect not like "zoomG1 or sumthing".. ex: phaser, chorus, etc.) thanks :)

  • @tarugo1993 haha hey man! If you look at the description box, then you should see it all! Hope that helps!

  • @RedemptionsAnthem umm. isnt it that whats in the description box are the brands/models of the effects? need like what exactly the effect is :3

  • @tarugo1993 haha it is dude! TS808, Fulldrive Mosfet 2, DD-5, etc etc - that is the exact effect.

  • Nice Guitar dude:)

  • dude. such a legit set up. i love the orange. great sound

  • this song was originally done by Daniel Bashta a worship artist out of Birmingham. I hate that everyone thinks David Crowder did this. lol

  • nice set up and great playing

  • dude, your guitar is sick...I have a studio with a silverburst finish! Nice cover I'll try to get it down :)

  • Is there any way that you could tab this out and send it to me? I'm in a Christian Contemperary band and really want to do this song but can't find tabs for it! cole_papastickk@yahoo.com thanks man!

  • @JesusFreakk11 hey dude, sorry man, i simply do not have the time to tab the song for you. extremely busy with college full-time. However, im sure that if you watched the video slowly, youll be able to see where i am playing. I only use the g and b string pretty much. Try watching the video with your guitar, and playing along. That is probably faster anyways. I videotape up close so that I do not have to tab, and it saves people time from reading tab. Sorry I cant tab, but i hope that helps!

  • @RedemptionsAnthem No problem man! Great cover! I've got some of the parts down right now. Loving the Les Paul btw!

  • what are the settings on your delay?

  • @bmanis38 haha...man...i do not remember....i think i used a dotted eighth setting at about 50% level and about 50% feedback. Hope this helps man!

  • @RedemptionsAnthem ok thats fairly close to what i use when i play it. I think i had a little less on the level...I was just curious it sounds awesome

  • dang. this is really good. your guitar has an amazing sound and i REALLY like your orange amp (:

  • Google for his site. YouTube wont post the link.

  • Hearing this song w/out delay feels so weird. Have you heard the original version?

  • @ZachDRUMMOND actually there is quite a bit of delay on it, but not a ton - like the version by Kristen Stanfill, i dont know which one really is the original

  • @RedemptionsAnthem Check out DanielBashta. He wrote the song. You can hear his pre-release version under "The sounds" tab. Crowder kinda nashvilled it up with different guitar parts. Watch out for his album. It should be out soon.

  • hey bro can i be your hero!!!

  • btw I have that exact same guitar. Shes a beaut.

  • I learned this song thanks to this vid, thanks bro!

except for the solo I added into it :p

  • where did you get the tabs please

  • @danieljo67 hey bro, well, i do not have any tabs... i did the cover in hopes that it could teach you how to play it though seeing the song being played. Most of all the notes are played on the g, b, and e string - the intro is a riff on those strings and you can see that it happens near the 2nd to 6th frets - and the chorus happens in the 2nd inversion scale (on the 11th, 12th, and 14th frets) Hope this helps man!

  • @RedemptionsAnthem hey its all good

yeah i just watch you play it and just learned from that

thanks for putting this video up keep it up man!

  • great job!

  • great cover man!

  • Great Job RedemptionsAnthem... I'm becoming a fan of your cover's. Keep it up and GOD BLESS.

  • Hey Austyn, it's Chris. Awesome cover bro

  • @auxiliary007 hey chris, thanks for the encouraging cover bro! but umm....i know alot of Chris's.... i dont know which one you are. haha, but thanks nonethless!

  • @RedemptionsAnthem

Chris Garber bro haha...but that's an awesome cover dude.

  • @auxiliary007 hahaha ohhhh whats up big guy! thanks for the compliment - are you guys doing it for praise band? and dude. hoping youre going to be in Chapel Hill 10 months from now!

  • is the orange amp a good amp?

  • @lespaulguitarist92 dude - absolutely! i love the thing - has an unreal tone that is different from any other amp i have played through - the Vox AC series sounds sort of like it (from my perspective) but the Orange amp ups the Vox's range of overdrive tones and ability to make a thick and smooth, punchy tone rather than just a slick sound (if that makes sense)

  • where is that white gretsch u used in the Point of Difference cover video ?

U need to get this gretsch back my friend ! :-D

ps : Very nice cover, thanks for the sharing !

  • @TheNation21 haha hey man! dude...... the Gretsch is not mine - it was a family friend's heirloom that he allowed me to play for about an hour - and in the hour, i HAD to make a video with it - therefore, it will not make another video.....sadly enough....

  • @RedemptionsAnthem Hey mate ! U got to save money to buy you a Gretsch. Gretsch is THE guitar for worship. I'm even quit sure that God himself is playing a Gretsch :-D

  • @RedemptionsAnthem

I can imagine that must have been torture. Its like having a million dollars but you only have a day to spend it all and if you don't spend it all you loose it haha.

  • nice! Would love to see a gear tour =)

  • @christopho95 hey man, should have a gear tour up sometime soon - maybe in a month or so!
