There are countless games that have better single player than Halo: Reach. There are many games that have arguably better multiplayer and Far Cry 2 also had a very deep level creator that had many parts and options. You could even change the landscape, something you can't do in Halo: Reach.

Just because it "has" them, doesn't mean they're all good. The singleplayer is forgettable and annoying, the multiplayer depends on what you want, considering there are other games that many other people prefer,a nd like I said before, map editing has been done in other games before.
