Leach coached your sorry ass no-name team to a level of stardom Lubbock has really never seen. He's gone because he had a bad season and they figured they agreed to pay him way too much for future uncertainty. Leach will go somewhere else and be an offensive coordinator and that team will prosper. He's not head coach material but, he's spot on as an offensive coordinator. Look what he did at Oklahoma. I wish he'd come to Texas and set up the show. The horns would easily win it all w/him.
