But they all fail to take into consideration that one man got shot and killed, and then one ran and turned himself in later. Thats right folks, another person. An accomplice. They tried to break into her house because they assumed that there would still be some drugs from before her husband died, he had a knife. This was premeditated, and the weapon shows obvious intent to harm her. What more of a chance do you think he should have had to change his besides the 20 minutes he spent banging on he door?
