i have a border collie shes tri color and has the most amazing markings, shes so beautiful. border collies are the most intelligent dogs and are very fun.
great pics. I just got my 4th last Saturday at a shelter. Had been rescued from a silo pit. Tri color blue merel. Awesome dog. We now have two BCs and two Aussies. Can't imagine having any breeds other than these. They are the greatest dogs.
@topdoggirl12510 They are everything you can ask for in a dog. This series of videos is just for the breeds of dogs that are definitely the best breeds, in my opinion and other peoples. I don't do too much of these but I have done some. More in the future. Border Collie's are definitely a wonderful example of a "dog". I am not particularily biased and I do not have a favorite breed but it leans more towards the Bernese Mountain Dog. BC's aren't just good, they are a SPECTACULAR breed.
@topdoggirl12510 Oh, yes I know. But Borders are very smart, yes. But, they are amazing dogs in much other ways. They aren't one of the best just because they are intelligent! A bunch of other breeds can't round up livestock like a Border can. A lot of other breeds don't excell at Agility and Flyball as much as Borders do. They just dominate the dog sports because they are super intelligent, focussed, willing to please, sturdy, medium sized, beautiful dogs! A Border Collie is a striking sight.
@Court22132 im just giving u a heads up this is not a fight its a creative discussion so just thought ide clear that up cuz im not mad just discussing a topic with a fellow dog lover/trainer but i think any dog can go very fast with the right excersize and training

I don't know, any dog can go fast sure, but some breeds are just build for Agility lol. Like a Chihuahu or Shih tzu couldn't as fast as a Golden Retriever or a Shepherd haha.

@topdoggirl12510 Oh yea. Jack Russells are pretty good too! Speedy little dogs. But I know what you were saying about no breed being better than the other. That is relatively true because certain breeds excell at their own different things. Like Shepherds and the police force, Collies with herding, Retrievers with Therapy work! All breeds are great!
@topdoggirl12510 I actually think there is. A chihuahua could never herd sheep or do Agility faster than a Border Collie. No dog can herd like the herding breeds can. Border Collies are just so versatile,they excell in anything: Therapy work, search and rescue, agility, flyball, obediance, herding, and many more! They are just extremely widely used and there are definitely breeds that do better than others, because a Chihuahua or a toy breed could never do Agility like a herding breed could.

lol my cuzin has 1,named sky,but there real mean to there dogs,they dont give them attention and leave them in he garage and outside,when i go there(4 hours away) i pet it fer like 3/4 of the time cuz when i leave it starts to cry and whine

lol my cuzin has 1,named sky,but there real mean to there dogs,they dont give them attention and leave them in he garage and outside,when i go there(4 hours away) i pet it fer like 3/4 of the time cuz when i leave it starts to cry and whine
