I have heard/seen different versions of this song performed by the celtic woman.

There all very good. Still somehow this is one of the best till know in my opinion.

The moment when the choir joins the singers my breath stops for a moment.

@liszt85 CW does NOT lipsync. If you noticed, they are wearing Countryman mics. These are the top of the line mics. They also have in ear monitors (earphones) that give each one a monitor feed so there are no monitor speakers which is where the usual feedback originates. You can see the transmitters and receivers in the two pockets on the back of each dress.The audio/video sync issue is strictly a YouTube artifact. But the DVD (recorded DURING the concerts, and you will see the sync is perfect.

The woman at 1:31 is Lisa Kelly. You should hear her sing "Now we are free" from the movie the Gladiator. Gorgeous. The whole group is excellent. David Downes is also an excellent composer and arranger. Probably my favorite classical and folk singing group. Everything about them is professional.
