I worked as volunteer for 6 mths in 'AGAPE Childrens Ministry' in 1999 and have visited since several times and know many of the Children faces on the video. I Cry when ever I watch this but God Bless all those who are there for those in need. They are truely wonderful people and God will bless you abundently. •Whoever does any work on the Sabbath day must be put to death. [Exodus 31:15]
•If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death. [Leviticus 20:9]
Let's all expand our borders and our thinking. This is a great video that let's us know there is a higher calling to all of our lives. Abundance has made many people numb to the needs of others in Africa and even in the U.S.A!
This continent is better than this. I don't care what anyone thinks but they are better than this. What they lack is good governing and people who care, they don't need UN and EU 2 help them everytime, they need good strategies 2 ensure they get what they need, good laws 2 protect kids and women. God loves them that will never change
how life can be so cruel to children of africa and noone cares how much there suffering there govement dont care if they did the people of africa wouldnt be like this but i want to go to africa to help and hope someone will sponser me to go there and build homes for the children that live on the streets but if everyone cared in this world they would be ok and live in a home in another country bless them all i cry watching theses videos im doing a web site hope i can get people to give
I can tell you that the Kenyan government does care. They only recently introduced free primary education. A few years ago they went out and got all the street kids they could get and put them in a shelter that was made to cater for them. Giving them, housing, food, and teach them different skills.
But many of the kids ran away from the shelters as they were too acustomed to their ways of life of the streets. There is also the problems of corruption in the country. But please keep in mind, that even though this is a sad reality of my country Kenya, it isn't the only thing about the country. But ofcourse there are no constant infomercials about people starving and poor in 1st world countries.
Africa will always be in my prayers. I often sensed that God's definition of fellowship was always greater, deeper and more global than we practice. Thank you for this moving video.
