One of my older friends told me that there was an evolution of Raichu called Laichu. He said 99 thunderstones had to be used on Raichu with 5 other Pikachu in your party and your entire PC filled with Pichu. He also said Pikachu faced one and lost before being caught by Ash. So it's obviously fake because Prof. Oak caught him and gave him to Ash...that is, Laichu WAS fake, until PokeFusion Red/Blue Versions.
