new free standing large wood stove in oversize fireplace have thermometer on stove working at right burn temp . company that installed ss dbl smooth wall flue,
blocked of the other 8''x 13'' fireplc flue plate at top ,insul at bottom. said NO NEED BLOCK OFF PLATE. but block chimney has 3ea 8x13'' clay tile flues. one for oil furnace. 2 for fireplc. all heat goes into the block chimney ?????
