Dude you saved my life. I would had have th spend at least a few hundred to fix my problem. I have a Xbox 360 Halo Limited edition version. My son some how got a game stuck in the console so the disk tray would not close and was stuck. I followed exactly what you showed in the video and as well as some common sense and wallah! thanx for updated videos as these, some of the earlier ones suggest breaking the black pieces under the grill and blindly probing for the back clips instead of pressing firmly with your thumbs as you suggest. The old videos will cause permanent damage to your console where as these new methods will leave your console in prestine condition, so thanx again.
