If the school IS completely religiously funded and focused on a religious education, then fine. If public money goes into a school, there must be the requirement for hiring to be NOT discriminatory. You can't have it both ways.
Restricting proselytizing does NOT count as discrimination, especially to kids!
I do think that a business shouldn't be penalized for not working on Sunday (or Saturday, or whatever) if the owners' beliefs dictate that they should be closed above the loss of business.
