People, the problems we face were created by BOTH Democrats and Republicans over the last 100 years. Clinging to partisan snipping isn't solving anything. God I remember the Summer of 2009, 2 years ago. Satelite TV, watching the weekend Independence Day Twilight Zone marathon. This was the best year as they showed the black and white and 80's series'. Watching this while looking forward to the fireworks and my nephew being born, camping the next night in the tent. Nothing like childhood summer.

Holy shit I haven't seen this episode since I was a little boy. This one always stuck out in my mind. Damn, even the 80's Twilight Zone's were good. The one's from the 2000's weren't that great. But the Outer Limits from the 90's had some good shows. Tanks for posting man, brings back memories.

We read the transcript of this episode in 8th Grade English class. I've never actually seen this until today. I still find it hard to believe they put the Twilight Zone label on this. It's good, but I never thought *Twilight Zone* good.

In my life-time, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton, another Bush, and Obama have all wrestled with the problem. Obama seems to be making progress. But it think it may be a "Good Cop, Bad Cop" effect from 8 years of Bush being so unbelievably (and counterproductively) provocative. Why can't they just get along? Religion.

But the 80s is a very unique decade. Computers are starting to be affordable, atari, tv shows, the car styles, music etc.... Also, I believe, the 80s was the last of the "andy griffith" type society. The decor of the houses had just a certain style.
