In the way to the Shearpoint just talk to some guards and they will tell you about Shearpoint...:D

a way to get the shout loction. in a big city like solitude or whiterun use shout i use(whirlwind sprint) use untill a gurd came to u and ask u to stop doing shut if u are in whiterun do shut's near dragon search then come breezehome and there u can see a massenger give u a letter from a friend that show u a shut loction after u travel to loction and get the shut u can do it again and u get another leter with a shout loction u can do this till u get all shut's i think the best place is whiterun

@RuudschMaHinda I dont think there is. I did the collect 30 crimson nirnroots twice, and I never came across a shout while I walked through whole blackreach.

@RaxiuscoreOnline you dont get all shouts, and there is no location for a third shout, all shouts become the first one if you dont have that one yet...
