  • Oh... nice horse and good rider...

  • my favorite is still Cumano at WEB where he carried 4 different riders around the course clean to win.

He's a warmblood, an european wb. They have those big rear ends to be able t o jump over anything. Love those big clunky horses.

  • what a fantastic horse

  • que animal dios mioooo

  • He's such a BEEFCAKE!!! How do horses this heavy get over jumps this size?

He's a bit long backed too.. See, long backed horses CAAAN jump!!! I think they have more of an advantage over normal length horses. If they take off too far back, their front end is already further over the jump than a normal horse, hahaha!!

  • @xXxCherilynxXx haha i love that "beefcake"!!

  • He seemed pretty lazy at the triple combination. But other than that he was great!

  • @FreedomThunder haha lazy? They chipped in on that giant oxer, and it took HUGE power on the part of Cumano to get over the second single clean (not to mention Lansink who had to push him through it!). Outstanding riding on the part of Lansink, and outstanding focus from Cumano:D

  • I LOVE Cumano!! It is such a shame you don't see him these days. Does anyone know what has happened to him? Has Jos downgraded/retired him or relegated him to stallion duties? Do tell!! Thanks.

  • @NattieChristopher Cumano is now 17 and is gonna be 18 in few months. The official farewell will be at Jumping Mechelen in December this year.

  • @dbertobis Thank you so much for your reply. I have really missed seeing him and will continue to do so. A truly amazing horse who deserves a long and happy retirement. Do you know if footage from Mechelen will be online? Thanks again.

  • @NattieChristopher Ok, now it seems that, due to the celebration to Vigo and Philippe Lejeune, Cumano will not be retired in Mechelen (spoke with his groom) so I have no clue at the moment on when this will be. One thing is sure, he cannot jump that much anymore, and to me, the owner should just keep him for breeding. Unfortunately also his semen hisn't good at all but people say that after retirement will be better (less medicines). He mad so many good children compared to the poor quantity!

  • @NattieChristopher Nattie, if you wish, see my new video on Cumano's farewell. It was finally in Aachen yesterday. A moving ceremony with thousands of people. See "Cumano's farewell. Ciao

  • HE IS SOOOOO AWSOME

  • this horse is beast lol hes amazing

  • OMG ! I saw him today at my horseclub, he was there to 'maybe' buy a horse of a friend of mine.. Coldplay ,omg he's sooo amazing , can't believe I saw him <3

  • that horse looks so much like Calvaro V.

  • how much would a well bred Grey colt foal by Cumano be??,???

  • it depends also on the quality of the foal and which stud book it comes from. If his mother line is good and proven to give jumping performance, it may cost between 8000 and 15000 euros (you said "foal", but an older one may cost more because one could check performance)

  • he's the most amazing rider in the world!

  • al 1:11 ce tutta la forza di cumano
