This macaroni and cheese sounds amazing. I would have liked to seen finished product, but I am going to make it. I love lobster and shrimp. I never thought to make it in mac & cheese. Thank you for the comment about the rings. I was watching Iron Chef once and the Su chef had her rings on cooking. I thought that was so gross. Rings harbor bacteria if you do not take them off wash then frequently. Thank you Patty for sharing your recipe and you look beautiful!

@jb6591 yes she said only thanksgiving and christmas before... my grandma makes hers a lot like this and only cooks it then... the rest of the time we suffer wit the boxed crap!

@jb6591 food like this you have once a year. you can make more than once if you are really active. I mean heavy exercising 10 - 15 hours a week.

@TangDynasty83 I don't know if anyone has answered your question but half an half is half cream and half milk. You can get it mixed all in one carton. It's easier to use instead of buying them separate.
