i finally was able to contact logitech...but it was not customer service but sells department. This is the deal: Many customers downloaded the latest upgrade and now they are having lot of PROBLEMS with google tv! Dont bother calling customer service waiting time is more than 2 hours...they are trying to figure out how to solve the problem. Meanwhile your google tv is just a big piece of useless cr@p!

Unfortunately the only supported webcame with the Revue is the Logitech TV cam. It's price point at this time is very out of line in comparison to the Revue itself (Silly, I know). That being said, with the Logitech Vid HD app you can video call others even if they don't hav ea revue; as long as they have a pc with a webcam (which does not even need to be a logitech product) they can install Logitech Vid for free and can receive calls from Revue users. Hope this helps dude!

I just got this about a week ago and have connected mine with Dish Network. It's also very annoying that Dish Network would charge their customers a $4.00 DVR Integration fee per month. Basically this lets you record shows with the keyboard, and not much else. Another thing i noticed was that i have to turn the volume more on my Home Theater in order for it to be at a good listening level. I didn't have this problem when my Home Theater was connected with my TV. Anyways, so far so good!

I am a huge gamer. I am curious if you can use the revue's picture in picture option in the following manner. Put your an input (HDMI 1)= XBOX 360. Then overlay that over google to see a walk through for that game. Or looking up some montage videos while playing the game. So curious about the ability of the picture in picture, can u change the input from your numerous HDMI inputs or is it limited to just TV. Thinking of getting for xmas

DVR integration is only available if you have Dish Network. It will work with any provider's box. But you cannot use the google box to search DVR recordings with other content, unless you have dish network. :)

While you have the browser open hit the menu button to the right of the space bar, thats where you can go into the settings to change the user agent settings. BUT dont bother looking there, hulu already blocked it.

This cost $300. But Sony will bring out a Blu-ray player with Google TV for $400. So it's like getting a Blu-ray player for $100 more. But today you can find some blu-ray player for under $100 now. With Ethernet too. I got a Vizio for under $100. logitech revue looks like a very nice keyboard.
