I think I have this. I do feel a pinch when I"m performing this stretch. If I have an impingement in my shoulder, will it go down and cause numbness in my fourth and five finger?
Drop the arm a little if you feel impingement in the shoulder when performing this stretch. Usually impingement of the Brachial Plexus at the shoulder (TOS) causes full-hand numbness, but if a branch of the ulnar nerve is pinched where it leaves the Brachial Plexus you could have it, but the symptoms you describe usually occur at the elbow or pinkie-side of the wrist as this is where the ulnar nerve is most-often impinged.
