  • Grayson said of the GOP in the debate, they were"showing their true colors" with their coldness for the health needs of Americans. It was striking to hear the crowd cheering when Perry touted his pride in being first in executions in the country then Ed asked about a possible parallel with the GOP's stance on HC and their enthusiasm for executions. Grayson's description of it as "sadism, a total lack of empathy like the robots in Blade Runner" was picture perfect!

  • @fiatlux14 Perry has executed 234 death row inmates, more than any other governor in modern times. And, he's proud of that? This candidate for our nation's highest office has not been even concerned about the horror of executing the innocent. If he can read, Perry should read professor Brandon Garrett's scientific analysis of the horror of executing the innocent. These types have absolutely no qualm killing the innocent in war either. We saw the destruction & horror Dubya brought to Iraq.

  • @lthom33

I'm not familiar with prof Garrett's materials but will look him up.What's really puzzling is these same Republican's who are fine with executions say they are pro-life! It seems they're only pro-life for fertilized eggs since they also have no qualms about starting wars at the drop of a hat (cowboy hat). Wars kill many thousands of our troops and massive numbers of innocent civilians as in Iraq and Afghanistan. And they sure as hell don't care about the 99% of living in the US.

  • Grayson is a scumbag pandering for votes from usefull idiots.

  • @theunbubba

Fail troll is fail. You mad it too obvious; lurk moar. Lol

  • @celtic13th Stupid useful democrat is as stupid as a Klansman with red hair... Learn some english, skippy.

  • @theunbubba

Fail repeater is fails. You realize I mispels to moc you? Lulz @ the failage.

  • @celtic13th Looks like you have nothing more than fake little boy coolspeak. What a pussy dork.Get out of your mommies basement.

  • @theunbubba

Not thanks; I'm not too fond of doxing myself, my fail troll. Lulz @ fail. You are taking cheap shots at me in an attempt for me to dox myself to try to prove I'm not some "fake little boy coolspeak". I need only point out your flawed beliefs of 'left and right' or your claim to be 55 years old, and yet you've the need to call someone a 'pussy dork' over YouTube comments. I'll give you a hint: The Internet is Serious Business. Look it up and log off, newfag; you do not collect $200.

  • @celtic13th Thanks for proving me 100% correct. Keep doing what you're doing queer boy. Time to block your troll ass.

  • @theunbubba Lulz lulz lulz. Thanks for the feed and making yourself look so strong by taking pop shots at me with name calling before fleeing being the block button.

  • @celtic13th

Notice below how he throws out charged rhetoric which has no bearing on anything...he uses Stalin and Hitler and the Fox's favorited designation of "socialism". He is not only childish in his name calling but a hemisphere short of a brain.

  • @bunsonmybubba Sounds like yo mama when I come around.

  • @MrClaydough

Unbubba sounds like a bubba to me! He's one of the old fat white good 'old boys who supports the 1%.

The rt wing is fond of saying the left hates corporations which is patently untrue. What we object to is corruption/pollution.The rt wants fewer regs in all areas which is how we got in this mess in the 1st place. Until we become altruistic, we'd darn well better increase regulation. The Oil Corps & Bernie Madoffs would have a field day if any of the GOP gets into the W H.

  • @1Nahimana You're an idiot. A useful idiot fopr the socialists. Just ask Stalin and Hitler what happens to you AFTER they take over. You'd better read up, fool.

  • What a lying sack of crap? Obama never push the panic button or prey on fear? His whole speech on health care three years ago was designed to raise fear of our insurance companies and doctors. Barrack Obama is a demagogue!!!

  • I don't expect the government to fix me when I'm ill. I would really rather they not, in fact. The government sanctioned AMA is a criminal organization. The death rate is one per person, last time I checked. If the government stopped meddling with our "health" we would do a hell of a lot better. First, stop filling our teeth with mercury. Second, stop polluting our water with neurotoxins (fluoride). Stop spraying our skies with aluminum dioxide and barium salts. And no forced vaccines.

  • @caveatemp 'First, stop filling our teeth with mercury. Second, stop polluting our water with neurotoxins (fluoride). Stop spraying our skies with aluminum dioxide and barium salts. And no forced vaccines.' I worry the newly empowered House is steadily undermining the environmental protections in place to keep our land, sea & air safer. The GOP bemoans excessive regulation. Obama is already reviewing regulations & many are being eliminated but if they eliminate the EPA we'll be in jeopardy

  • @1Nahimana I worry that you live in a bizarre fantasy world where you believe the government is here to help you and help the environment. We live in a system of crony capitalism, essentially fascism. Why don't you worry about the government sanctioned poisons already in the system- the system that wants to soft kill you. The US military industrial complex is too busy starting new "humanitarian" wars to assist in real disasters like Fukushima.

  • @caveatemp I worry that you live in some black & white world and can't deal with ambiguity. I am concerned with the poisons already in the system as well as the poisons Big Corporations are pouring into the system as fast as they can. Since Citizen's United, they can purchase politicians in the House & Senate who do their will by de-regulating their operations to make sure no $ is "wasted" on research & safety, preferring ALL of it going into their fat bank accounts. You seem very confused.

  • @1Nahimana I'm not confused at all. I am quite aware that mega corporations run our government. I just don't have the cognitive dissonance to believe that having a bigger government is going to fix the problem. I know plenty of small businesses and citizens who have to jump through a thousand hoops to work where the giants get waived through or pay tiny fees for infractions. That's the result of our huge fascist government. It's like the 'drug war.' Decriminalize it and take their profits away.

  • @caveatemp Do you support the "mega corporations" running the government? I understand that we need less government involved. But, the Republican squirrels are giving the ultra rich continued bailouts (who need it the least) and allowing them to put our tax money in Hedge funds or a Swiss bank-the reason it has failed to create the jobs promised. How do our fellow Americans live?

  • @lthom33

I find it puzzling how the squirrels have no qualms with mega corporations running the government rather than the government running the country. After all, the government is us, we elect the representatives and senators to represent us their constituency. The only snafu if when our elected representatives succumb to payoffs and represent special interests INSTEAD OF us and our interests.

  • @1Nahimana I, too, find it puzzling that the squirrels support corporations running the government. If corporations run the country they will remove worker' rights and benefits such as overtime, pregnancy leave, insurance, vacation, holidays, etc. All the wonderful benefits the UNION fought so hard for. The squirrels want to be slaves and kiss their asses. Wonder what they would say to working 50 hrs a week with no overtime at $7.25 per hour?

  • @lthom33 I think your scenario is plausible since it's only because of the advent of unions workers rose out of barbaric working conditions, abominable pay and no benefits. Also employer health benefits are going to become extinct soon as it's not sustainable, so many are losing their HC - all ll the more reason we must have universal HC. Walmart's making difficult choices because HC costs have doubled within the last decade. They won't be covering employees working under 24 hrs a week.

  • @1Nahimana Wal-mart is terrible according to news I've read. They pay their employees cheap wages to begin with. How is a single mother of three suppose to pay her expenses while making $250 a week? These GOP radicals are backing up corps & making them wealthier, while wanting to remove the programs that help these single working mothers. We pay for all citizens of Israel to have health coverage, while denying our own citizens. This country needs to get it's priorities straight!

  • @lthom33 It's insane we give Isreael $. They don't need it, we do. The problem re Walmart is they don't let their employees to unionize. But they'll cont to thrive unless the economy improves. Pple like my own sister in WA cant' afford to shop elsewhere on their tight income. They can't get the food & other products they need unless they shop where prices are lowest so it a circular conundrum. The ave income is $5,000 less than it was a decade ago while prices have skyrocketed - what a mess!

  • @lthom33 Comparison of any Congress critters to squirrels is truly unfair to squirrels. I disagree that there is a fundamental difference between Republicans and Democrats. They are a controlled opposition to keep us bamboozled while the international banking cartel move us closer to worldwide economic collapse, Revelation 18.

Still, people love to get behind their party just like they love to root for their favorite sport team. Ron Paul is the only candidate addressing the heart of it.

  • @caveatemp If you notice most things in the Old testament were literal & in the New Testament have a spiritual meaning. I think America may be Spiritual Babylon although there was a physical Babylon. We have some of the same characteristics of ancient Babylon & right now we actaully control ancient Babylon by occupying Iraq. It should put the fear of God in people who support religious extremism & act the total opposite of Christ. Perhaps corps will rule t his country, then hell will follow

  • What is more patriotic than making sure the citizens of your country have healthcare? Why are people so angry and mean to each other? Why can't we agree to help one another and ensure that people don't die and suffer because they don't have enough money to pay corrupt healthcare companies? Why can't we love each other and look out for each other? Why not band together for the greater good and protect our common welfare? I don't understand the inhumanity that people exhibit towards each other. :(

  • @turtlesarecool99

    @turtlesarecool99

Hear hear turtlesarecool....indeed what is more patriotic than making sure citizens of your country have healthcare?

Where does the self-centered view of the right-wing ideology come from? Their leaders claim to be Christians but it resembles no Christ consciousness I've ever encountered. Since when did Jesus promote man's inhumanity to man? In truth, the origins of this ideology seem to be demonic in nature from what I see.

  • Alan Grayson is brilliant - wonderful... he's the man.

  • shame on all you idiots for being in the so-called "tea-bagging party"!

It's a scam and backed up by corporations and Faux News? Stop falling for the rich peoples tricks! Stop voting against your own best interest! Tea-party=Corporate Greed only sad thing is that the Tea Party Baggers are clueless racist trash! I thought Morgan Freeman said it best, they are not patriotic and they're only concerned with getting a black man out of the white house! Obama/Greyson/Weiner 2012! ok Ron Paul too!

  • Fun with fish sauce!! LOL. Butthurt. LOL!!!!!!!

  • cont. Lower taxes, or erase some regulations. Other than that they're just taking money from someone else. Remember that. That is why government can not produce any jobs, because they have to steal, then reallocate the money elsewhere. Thus for every job created with that money, one could say a job was also destroyed.

  • @EndTheFedRes Yeah but that job was in India so why not tax the criminal class that buy politicians more? Oh yeah, I forgot, that's not how the game works is it?

  • @Spentastic Not all in that "class" are evil corporate puppet masters. On top of that...the rich ARE paying their fair share. 99% of the "rich" 200k+ (I believe) pay 29.1%. Less than ONE 1% of those "rich" pay less than Buffets secretary. I am ALL for making them pay what everyone else is. You can look it up yourself. Google "Fact Check are the rich paying less".

Godspeed to Grayson, we had our disagreements but I really hope he gets re-elected.

  • @EndTheFedRes You seem be a low regulatations, low taxes, libertarian kind of fella. I was just wondering what was wrong with the high taxes on the wealthy (over 90% in the 1950's) and high tariff policies of the 50's and 60's 'golden era' that gave average Americans the highest average living standards on Earth? Why the country that was in 1970 the biggest creditor on Earth by the early 2000's was the biggest debtor nation? Why corporate profits have jumped whilst living standards fall? Why?

  • @Spentastic Yes, very little regulations, aka Free Market, but certainly not Laissez-faire. A full reinstatement of Glass Steagall, and repeal of the Dodd/Frank bill. The wealthy pay just as much in taxes as we do. The "rich" who pay less than Buffets secretary only account for <1% of those "rich". I am all for raising their taxes. However my belief is that paying 40-50% of your income in taxes is outrageous. Secondly if we did give them more, they would only find more ways to squander it.

  • @Spentastic "I was just wondering what was wrong with the high taxes on the wealthy (over 90% in the 1950's) & high tariff policies of the 50's & 60's 'golden era' that gave ave Americans the highest ave living standards on Earth?"

Indeed! The bipartisan CBO report shows the richest have increased their $ by 275% with the majority @ 6-18%. The ave person's earning $5,000 less than 10 yrs ago..This is the greatest income disparity since the Great Depression. We're being screwed by WS.

  • @Spentastic 'why not tax the criminal class that buy politicians more? Oh yeah, I forgot, that's not how the game works is it?'Nice post and so true. It wasn't Democrats who put Citizen's United into place before the 2010 elections so the TP could get those bought & pd for House & Senate seats (Koch Bros). The 1% are real criminals & the OWS movement is making that clear as the support for it nationwide is in the high 60 percent while the disapproval of it hangs out in the 20 percent range.

  • This healthcare crap is such a sham. They sit here and talk about what a bad person you are for telling people to take responibility for their own health but we don't have a problem sending our people to die in pointless wars on the other side of the globe. Grow up and realize that I don't want to take responibilty for you, and I don't want you taking responsibility for me. Propaganda spewing moron. Special Ed.

  • Grayson says it correctly; "They just don't care."

The naive folks want to believe its anything other than that, that perhaps it's about fiscal responsibility, a moral truth. There is nothing further from the truth. Cold hard truth is that principles begin and end where the dollar stops. Period. You cannot get further from Christ than that.

  • @snowiedognorth It's not that I don't care I just don't think it's right to force anyone to do anything. I'm not anti welfare, I'm anti excess/large/wasteful/abused welfare. I personally would like to see the majority of welfare returned to the states and local communities NOT federal government. I believe we could take a serious "bite" out of the fraud/manipulation if we did this.

  • @EndTheFedRes

You say that your not anti welfare but I am saying that I am not pro-welfare. In other words, we agree that for the most part, those able to participate in the free market economy should. Given that a part of the population will always need extra assistance not by their own fault (schizophrenics, ie) and some will need help at limited times due to illness or injury, we shouldn't claim a superior moral position. In other words shit happens to people, even to people like us.

  • @snowiedognorth Find me any Bible verse that advocates Govt taking care of charity. You Fucking Bible thumping liar.

  • This is the Reason why the Tea Party is a dangerous party its some kind of Satanic Cult folks.

  • ALAN GRAYSON SHOULD BE ASHAMED SINCE THE GOVERNMENT THAT EMPLOYEES YOU IS THE VERY GOVERNMENT THAT POISONS OUR FOOD OUR WATER AND AIR AND DOES SO KNOWINGLY WITHOUT ANY REGARD FOR OUR FELLOW MAN'S HEALTH AND WELL BEING

  • Listen, people will riot and kill each other over football games. For the people in the crowd saying someone had the choice to have healthcare insurance or not is not as bad as directly killing people.

And for the record, Ron Paul said NO: WE the people will have compassion, not the government who is giving banks trillions of dollars. The government has NO compassion.

  • Doesn't executing the man by pulling the plan curtail potential future freedom should he recover? What if it's a heart attack or curable but lethal illness, should we let a conscious person die right in front of us, thereby terminating their ability to go on, pay for the treatment, and live a free, productive, and prosperous life?

  • RON PAUL SUCKS !

  • Forget Congress, run for President! I would vote for you!

  • @WhiteStarWoman I would vote for Grayson for President also and Elizabeth Warren is another that I would vote for.

  • @barsense Lenin and Stalin were nice as well.

  • @luvcheney1 I don't think they were nice, seems to me right wing are the only ones that think Lenin and Stalin were nice. LOL

  • hmm, is it a bad belief that people aged 18-55 should be the "work horses" of society (not including the disabled)? the elderly helped create the society to be what it is, children are important for the future of society, generally speaking neither can really care for themselves, hence is it too extreme to think that the work horses should help care for them? of course, we need to get money flowing to and from the 18-55 year olds for this idea to even be relevant to consider

  • @jeffthecoder In the days before the birth of the Welfare State ( Social Security and MediCare), those 18-55 did take care of the elderly. They called them "Mom and Dad", or Gramma and Grampa". Now, it is so much more compassionate! Old folks living and dying alone, their kids secure in the knowledge Uncle Sam is taking care of them.

  • I'm sick of real progressives running for small government positions. Run for president already!

  • @ooMONKEYoo Woodrow Wilson did! And gave us the Federal Reserve, and the declining dollar, inflation, and economic collapse their housing bubble gave us. Thanks!

  • @luvcheney1 You should read your history books instead of slamming your 1 inch dick in them.

  • @ooMONKEYoo Sorry, I dont really see the economic policy statement in your BS.

  • @luvcheney1 *SLAM* how does your dick take it?!

  • GET IT, Grayson! If I had the means I'd move back into your district and vote you in again.

  • BTW any of you google "FACT CHECK: Are rich taxed less than secretaries?"

Great article, a must read. Source, AP, IRS

  • The S&P is a joke...they gave AAA ratings to all those sub-prime mortgage securities...wait...so did Moody's and Fitch. How come they're never mentioned in the media? Hmmm?

  • Speaking of Fascism...SEC goes after S&P. They only downgraded us because of the "hem hawing" in Congress, not because we're spending money like a drunkn' sailor with trillions of dollars in debt, and no end to this spending spree in the foreseeable future. Damn you S&P, we're comn' after ya now.

Now that wreaks of FASCISM, and tyranny. We should have been downgraded years ago, and most of the world as well.

  • Speaking of cronyism, lets talk to Obama about GE. Most of you like to bi!@# about their taxes (me included)...well here ya go.

  • Wonderful to see you Alan :)

  • I was definitely put in mind of Alan Grayson's words last week during the debate. And it shows me that we need a lot of guys like you, Mr. Grayson.

  • this is just crazy...this kind of "health care" is slowly spreading to Europe...

  • @silvercoin1111 Europe by in large has universal healthcare and has for many years. They also have higher ranking health care than America does.

  • We cant heal everyone, that would eventually cause all of us to die. Its actually the more humane action.

  • he said nooo.

Then people said yes, see his reaction, he is like oh shit what now.

  • This is what I don't get about the whole Progressive argument. Everyone has rights...even if we have to FORCE others to participate, and trample their rights.

    Where is the logic?

Well intentioned, great heart but it can NEVER be. It would have to be voluntary compliance, otherwise it can be compared to slavery.

  • The tea party people fell for the corporatist mantra hook, line and sinker. These people equate having a safety net for the most vulenerable Americans to sacraficing your personal freedom.

Nevermind that that safety net (ranging from Medicare and SS to the GI bill and Pell grants) helped build the largest and most successful middle class in world history.

All things libertarians now want to shred to protect their "freedoms". What brainwashed BS!

  • @route99 Ben Franklin said it best; "Those who trade their liberties for security deserve neither" paraphrasing here.

  • I can just hear Republicans shouting at the TV when this was first aired, "YOU'RE MAKING IT SOUND TOO SIMPLE!" Unfortunately, they need a wake-up call. Suppose their bank accounts were suspended, their money seized and not refunded, they went into hospital with colon cancer and found that their insurance was canceled? Don't you think they'd wish they had thought twice about liquidating healthcare reform?

  • I'd move to FL to vote for him if I could.. I can't believe that he didn't get reelected...the people are just stupid or the election was rigged

  • He practiced medicine before we had medicaid? Phhhfffft. He practiced medicine before we had penicillin! He practiced medicine before we had MEDICINE.

    Grayson>ronpaul

  • Kudos for the ED show and for Grayson.

  • Thank God that we still have people running for congress that have a conscious.

We need Grayson to WIN. we need more like him and Elizabeth Warren in congress we need her to win also.

  • Comment removed

  • What a bullshit straw man argument...no one in America will be withheld emergency treatment in a life threatening situation, regardless of the resulting payment arrangement. It's really nauseating to see political hay being made over such nonsense.

  • @pretorious700 That is where you are wrong the republicans are also pushing to deny emergency room care to those taht can not pay or don't have insurance.

  • @barsense bullshit, emergency care exists on the local medical level extrapolating it to national partisan political control is beyond ignorant

  • @pretorious700 Maybe you are in denial or maybe you just don't know but there are already hospitals that refuse care to those without insurance even in emergency rooms and send them to hospitals that will take them even if they are miles away.

  • @barsense I'm not in denial of anything. Maybe if you had some personal experience in these matters like I do (My daughter is an EMT tech, my son is a physician) you might know what you are talking about. You are full of shit, basically.

  • @pretorious700 I have family in the medial field also, and I still say you either don't know or you are just in denial or perhaps you don't live in a southern state like I do. Used to nobody was ever turned away at any hospital but anywhere but that is no longer the case.

  • @barsense sorry, not my experience, and I have no reason to believe you

  • @pretorious700 Steering Clear of the Uninsured: How Some City

Hospitals are Moving Away from the Poor by mediaworks Nowadays, to get into the room with a doctor, we must first make it past the system each practice sets up to weed out the paying customers from those who cannot pay by frameshop And there are a lot more reports that confirm from a lot more sources if you really WANT to know the truth.

  • @barsense Once again, my real life experience trumps your third party bullshit.. You guys really need to get out in the world and stop relying on what you read.

  • @pretorious700 Apparantly your real life experience is very different from the real life experience of a great many Americans- that tends to lend credence to the presumption that it is YOU that needs to get out in the world. When my daughter was in the hospital to give birth to my beautiful granddaugher a woman came in in the last stages of labor, the staff repeatedly attempted to turn her away till she sat in the floor and screamed she would give birth right there to force them to help

  • @pretorious700 And once again I witnessed in person a hospital attemting to turn away a woman in the last stages of labor who sat down in the middle of the hallway making a huge scene in order to force them to assist her, if she had not done that they would not have helped her. You have terminal denial syndrome typical of conservatives. no treatment yet that I know of . SADLY

  • @pretorious700 That is OK , I did not expect you would even though there is plenty of supporting documentation available for anyone who cares to know the truth. but conservatives usually have a terminal case of denial syndrome that will be with them till the end.

  • @barsense interesting that you would assume I'm a "conservative", but pretty consistent in your assumptions based on "supporting documentation" that you conveniently don't supply

  • @pretorious700 It is a reasonable assumption that you are a con because of your comments. I know of no dems are true independents for that matter that would not prefer to change the system so that our taxes pay for insurance instead of the more expensive emergency room service and we also do not deny that there are many uninsured that in one way or the other are turned away and don't get help when they need it.

  • @pretorious700

So Ron Paul just shrugs his shoulders and a bunch of the audience scream "yeah" (let him die) and you think that's a straw man?

You don't think people suffer due to their inability to pay for health care?

Do you disagree with the figures? The most expensive health care system in the world that deters many from seeking treatment because of their inability to pay.

Save a guy's life and then cripple him with debt.

    You're all heart.

  • @bakedbean37 Suicide rates from serious back injuries are far higher in the UK than in the US. I had a serious back injury, and read. Fuck you.

  • @bakedbean37 Attributing stupid reactions from a crowd to real answers to a problem says a lot about your apprehension of reality. The question was about the immediate response to emergency care. The whole "heart" question is a liberal boondoggle.

  • @pretorious700 ok u go to an ER dressed like somebody that lives on the street and tell them u have no insurance and are sick and see how much care u get.. the hospitals in LA are putting people in cabs and dropping them off in skid row in front of rescue missions while they are still in hospital gowns barefooted during the winter and u think the medical profession gives a damn ??

  • @xadam2dudex Why should they?

  • @luvcheney1 true ...people are expendable.. let's hope u end up in front of that rescue mission one day u sound like a great guy and deserve that kinda treatment

  • @xadam2dudex You must know that the majority of people on skid row have made a choice of drinking, or drugs. I support their right to choose. I also have a right to choose. I see no reason Medical providers ought to be forced to work for free, or taxpayers who choose to work should pay for those who enjo a high all day long. Hey, each choice has its little ups, and downs. I really dont like going to work, but its my choice.

  • @xadam2dudex you are living in a statist/collectivist comic book. Are your statements based on verifiable fact or just what has been used to rationalize collectivism?

  • @pretorious700 facts..I have seen the news story / video from the TV station in LA

  • Forget the House, Grayson should challenge Obama for the presidency!

  • Give 'em hell, Grayson!

  • Ron Paul is a peaceful fascist

  • @captcrais101 You don't even know what a Fascist is. Hint; he could be in the White House.

  • @EndTheFedRes Fascism is when the private sector takes over government. It uses torture, supremacy of the military, unlimited power to the police, controling mass media, turns workers into paid slaves, and uses national security fearmongering to enforce it. It masks its prescence with the theocratic use religion, nationalism, Scapegoating minorites, censorship of the arts, and intectuals. Fraudlent elections to keep it in place. A nation that says sex is a sin. It has cronyism and corruption.

  • @captcrais101 "Fascism is when the private sector takes over government" lol I think its the other way around. What you just described is Corporatism.

Fascism is when the government tells your company who to hire, fire, how much to make, who to sell to, what price to sell it at, and what color to paint your building...other than that you're free to make your own decisions.

You get it? Fascism= authoritative government not corporations.

  • @EndTheFedRes According to Mussolini Corporatism is fascism. Look up the 14 characteristics of fascism written by Prof Louis Brit. I described all 14 in that last post. Communism is when government takes over the private sector and puts everyone at the same wage. Very few Americans support this and those that do are in the so called Progressive Labor Party.

  • @captcrais101 There is no progressive labor party that I know of that supports everyone being paid the same wage. The only party I know of that supports that are a sector of libertarians. And progressives support private individual ownership and influence in the market , they just do not support cooperative/owned controlled mega corps controlling the market ,look up communism and you will see they support what most of you on the RIGHT support cooperative owned. controlled mega corps

  • @barsense libertarians are mild corporatist. They believe it a little bit of private sector government but not full fascism.

  • @captcrais101 The anarcho-libertarians that I have debated with care nothing about private individual biz and support complete and total corporate facism,

  • @barsense fact is libertarians want private sector to handle entitlements and healthcare. They want to trust Private sector with securing the privacy of the internet despite the fact that it is that sector that really wants to regulate it. They want no federal government period. No pell grants or any other services. Private sector harmony with people and no government. You can't have freedom for both people and that sector. You have to choose. I choose People. Which means we need government

  • @EndTheFedRes"Fascism is when the government tells your company who to hire, fire, how much to make, who to sell to, what price to sell it at, and what color to paint your building..other than that you're free to make your own decisions." Lets break this nonsense down. On Hiring and firing, Any laws that are say, must hire this person instead of someone else or you can't fire without a valid reason, are there to protect workers.Wait workers are slaves. They have no rights. SHUT UP DO YOUR WORK!

  • @EndTheFedRes "Pricing" Any laws on pricing is there to protect the customer. Protect the customer. WHO CARES ABOUT THEM!! SHUT UP BUY MY SHIT!! IF YOU DON"T HAVE THE MONEY FOR MY HIGH PRICES! FUCK YOU!!" I would hate to be a customer at your business.

  • @EndTheFedRes "Paint the building" WTF! There is no law that says a business must have red paint or blue paint. There are laws that say you can't use paint with lead in it maybe. That is there to protect the workers painting and customers around the paint. FUCK THIS! IF I WANT TO USE LEAD PAINT I WILL! I DON'T CARE IF THE FUMES CAUSE BRAIN CANCER TO MY WORKERS OR TO THE CUSTOMERS! FUCK THEM! THEY GET HURT FROM THE PAINT IT IS NOT MY FAULT! SHUT UP AND GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!! You are an ass

  • @captcrais101 Read the statement moron. I'm describing Fascism. You described it as when the private sector takes over the government. I believe sir that it is you who have it bass akwards. yello.

  • @EndTheFedRes Corporate facism IS when mega corporations take over and control government, captcrais has that right. I don't think of cooperative owned controlled mega corps many that have much foreign ownership as private sector though they are in a sector all thier own. To me the private sector is private individual owned business and individuals not cooperative owned controlled mega corps.

  • @EndTheFedRes WHo am I more likely to take the word of. A college Prof Louis Brit or a libertarian idiot. Tough decision. I will go with the person that has a degree in poltical science vs you who believes everything a right wing media head tells you. Libertarianism is not Populism. Liberalism is. That is why it was a liberal that sang POWER TO THE PEOPLE! That is why Martin Luther King JR was a liberal. DOn't tell me I am wrong on MLK. I have done three videos on imaginepeace63.

  • @captcrais101 Well then...you better ask your "professor" what Fascism is. What does MLK have to do with this? I've only been involved with politics about 3 years myself, but at least I know the difference between Fascism and Corporatism. I have a degree to, but do you really think a degree defines a man? I know several people with degrees who were hit by every branch on stupid tree.

BTW I heard MLK was a sexual deviant, whats your take?

  • @EndTheFedRes "Sexual Deviant" Don't confuse MLK with some of the members of the republicans. Mark Foley, David Vitter, and others are sexual deviants not MLK. The Reverand was a great civil rights leader and a liberal. We have Corporatism in America. Not socialism or communism and not what you think Fascism is. Prof Brit Studied fasicist regimes Franco of Spain, Hitler of Germany and Benito of Italy.THose 14 characteristics were common in all three. It is on the net look it up. Mostly GOP

  • @captcrais101 I don't give two hoots about Republicans, or Democrats. Sexual deviants are on both sides. I agree, Corporatism and Crony Capitalism is what we have. Capitalism is the scape goat of to many ignorant politicians. Give your prof my Fascism definition...he should get a good laugh.

You know why they call it the GOP? Because they're spending your money. I hate the GOP, and some Progressives too. I do like Grayson though.

  • @EndTheFedRes fact is the private sector wanted both parties to pass the patriot act and the military commissions act, to things that both liberals and libertarians are against because they take away freedom. Making real fascism. Fascism is oppression on people not businesses. DOn't tell me you are falling for the lie that Corporations are people too. Ron Paul is not even believing that lie. Until all legislation like those two pieces are repealed we will never have any freedom.

  • @captcrais101 Yes both parties are responsible for passing the Patriot Act, and HELL no I don't believe Corporations are people. I believe they are groups of people with their own agenda who do not represent fellow Americans. You forgot the Telecommunications Act :-)

  • @EndTheFedRes Corporations are businesses made to make a profit mostly for billionaire Ceos. They are not people. To say otherwise is to support the fascist Citizens united decision from the SCOTUS. This needs to be turned over for real freedom. I agree with you on the telecommunications act, NAFTA and some other bad Clinton legislation

  • @captcrais101 Just to b clear. I do not think corporations are people. I believe corporations are groups of people with special interests...and money. Corporations lobby government aka Corporatism in exchange for favorable laws, government contracts, and to keep competition out. Some examples of Corporatism/Crony Capitalism would be GE, Halliburton, KBR, Blkwtr, Government Sux, etc...

Lobby=private government for private corporations (who represent a small group of people with lots of money)

  • F that, Grayson should run against Obummer in 2012.!

  • Why not let states implement their own systems? It's better we're able to move to where we think is best for us than to insist everyone else lives like we do.

  • @TheMetalPerson You can't trust states to do the right thing. Case in point: Rick Perry threatened recession because we have a black president. Case in point: Every Senator who fights against "Obamacare" (tasteless term) taking effect in their states. Case in point: the morons elected in states who don't even believe what scientists say regarding Global Warming. Case in point: pandering to religious factions. SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE, right? No.. Not in those states...

  • @ubtri

I only care about the health-care system in New York. If the people in Texas want something else, I'm not going to try to stop them. Move to somewhere that isn't Texas.

  • tea baggers r sick

  • It's the habitual life long abusers of welfare that make me believe federal government has NO business delegating welfare. Welfare, as Dr. Paul put it should be left up to the people and community. Think about that. Do you know people who abuse welfare? I do. And if it were up to me those people would get NONE. Am I heartless? No, this could only do them GOOD. Federal government only enables people to abuse welfare. Uncontrolled welfare=POISON

  • @EndTheFedRes posting this shit more than once is spam. *flagged

  • @ubtri lol. To hard to refute the facts, huh?

  • @EndTheFedRes what facts? You gave none. Just your opinion, which is wrong and ill-informed. Cry about people on welfare all you want. Those people don't live good lives. You should be ashamed.

  • "THATS WHAT FREEDOM IS ALL ABOUT, TAKING YOUR OWN RISK"

    RON PAUL 2012!!!

Listen to what he said. Its about letting LOCAL communities take care of welfare NOT federal government.

  • @EndTheFedRes Ron Paul is for freedom of the private sector and the people. You cna't have it both ways. You have to choose one or the other. That is why it is better to have a President like FDR too bad there is none running. That is why I am voting third party for president.

  • @captcrais101 I am all about states/local government controlling issues, not federal government, especially education, healthcare, welfare...just look at the waste. I am not anti-welfare I am anti wasteful abused federal government welfare. Why is it that school districts complain about a lack of funds when we pay the superintendent's a six figure salary? This is federal beaurocracy at its best. Time for some real change. Ron Pauls platform is all about you making decisions.

  • @EndTheFedRes So lets bring back segregation because of states rights. get rid of the voting rights act because of states rights. Let some states make it illegal to teach Evolution. Lets just roll back this country to the 1920s. States rights does not mean state dictatorship.

  • Let's see... What's wrong with the GOP.. Well, just listen to their audience... "Hooray for the Death Penalty, Perry!" "Hooray, for letting people without insurance die, Ron Paul!" Fucking morons! FUCKING MORONS. And then you have all these.. ..youtube kids... who think Ron Paul is so great, well if you don't have insurance and are deathly ill, Ron Paul will let you die.

  • @ubtri It's the habitual life long abusers of welfare that make me believe federal government has NO business delegating welfare. • @EndTheFedRes You're confused, you must think living on welfare is "the good life"... You think people love struggling in hard times? People are on welfare because their choices are limited.

  • It's the habitual life long abusers of welfare that make me believe federal government has NO business delegating welfare. Welfare, as Dr. Paul put it should be left up to the people and community. Think about that. Do you know people who abuse welfare? I do. And if it were up to me those people would get NONE. • This makes me feel lucky I wasn't born in the US. Sounds like a horrible place.

  • If we had more Democrats like Alan Grayson, and less Democrats like Obama, we would have a better government.

  • Dr. Ron Paul, by making such a callous statement, in my mind violated the spirit of the Hippocratic Oath, which doctors should abide by. I have come to expect that the barbarians who make up the Tea Party would cheer at a statement like this, but I did not expect for a doctor to make such a statement.

  • Loved the Blade Runner reference -- great stuff from Grayson, as usual.

  • I like Grayson I hope he gets reelected (we have disagreements). However I agree 100% with Dr. Paul. Why should I be responsible for someone else who was not? Why should I be responsible for someone else's healthcare, home, food, income etc? As Dr. Paul stated "With freedom comes risk/responsibility" What ever happened to self responsibility?

None of the afore mentioned can be a right. As much as I would like it to be, it can never be. Why? Because you have to take from others (rights)

  • @EndTheFedRes spoken like a true American!

  • @CognosSquare If I were to speak like a true American I would also say...I'll voluntarily subsidize me, mine, friends, relatives, and maybe some locals, but don't FORCE me to subsidize life long welfare recipients I don't know. This is why, welfare should be left up to the individuals and not federal government.

This is why Medicare, Medicaid, and SS are rampant with fraud. Leave the welfare up to the people who personally know the individual on a voluntary basis. DO NOT FORCE ME!!!

  • @EndTheFedRes the wellfare fraud is in the billions.

The corporate frauds are in the trillions. Guess who you are crying about? OMG to much regulation on the companies.

I live in a country which has universal healthcare and we pay less and live longer. You seem to defend a different system which is already bad and is getting worse. I dont see why.

  • @CognosSquare Corporate fraud? How can it be fraud when the corporations lobby our politicians to write legislation to make it legal? That is Corporatism, and yes I'm worried about that to. The bulk of American debt is due to this welfare, and a rather large chunk due to the warfare side. First and foremost the welfare, but the first thing to be cut should be the warfare. BTW can you give me current examples of that corporate fraud?

  • @EndTheFedRes Here's the thing. Someone who doesnt have insurance and it goes unpaid for. The public pays for it.
