  • i have a kodak sports camera but have recently been interested in making movies and am not sure if the kodak sport is fit for that kind of thing?

  • @theWantedDuck It wouldn't be a bad one to start with. It's very similar to the kodak zi8 that I used to film this video.

  • what is the best camera for guitar covers that has a shotgun mic for a close recording of the amplifier ?

  • @aLdErTz I would say any camera with a mic input. I would recommend a shure sm-57 if you are looking for a good inexpensive mic for your amp.

  • Was that 4k video recording hack for the t2i a fake in the end?

  • @roborovskihamsters It appears to be that way. The original video and user that posted it have both mysteriously disappeared.

  • is the sony nex-5 any good?

  • @ThatsHowWeeRoll I have no experience with that camera or any of the micro cams. It looks like a cool idea and would be super light to carry around. However, not sure what lenses are available for it at this time. Really depends on what you want to use it for.

  • Nice:) What do you suggest on lenses for DSLR cameras? I'm thinking of buyiing a Canon t2i...

    Thanks

  • @VDFM1 Good question. It really depends on what you want to do. For sure you need a 50mm prime lens either f1.8 or 1.4. This is a good quality lens on the cheap. The 1.8 can be found for under $100. Also a good 30mm prime lens like the Sigma 30mm f1.4 gives a good perspective and they aren't too expensive either. When looking for a lens I like to look for the fastest that I can afford and that will be the most versatile.

I may do a full guide on dslr in the coming months. Thanks.
