this mod had my hyped up so badly when i was in 8th grade... now im a freshman in college and this mod still isn't out?! i mean i know developing a game is hard but after that many years i would've expected a playable beta version for all the fans that you guys have waiting for this mod

@takomanuno The mod was restarted from scratch almost 2 years ago with a new team since the previous two attempts at the mod failed due to poor leadership. A public beta will be out soon relatively soon within a few months.

As it's already been pointed out, 5 years and it's still in Alpha? Sure, weapons and such look nice, but Zombie animations in the video are kinda' stiff. I hope the new ones are as good as you guys say you are.

That said, I'm still eagerly awaiting its release. And I wish you the best with it.

One more thing. The video ain't all multiplayer, right? So, what's to stop you from implementing some sort of singleplayer mode? Everyone'd be delighted.

DUDE wats all this talk about constructing animations all the damn time when all you get is zombies WITH THE ZOMBIE ANIMATIONS FROM HALF LIFE 2!!!! for the amount of time you guys spend on it it in i am not impressed, another thing these updates you guys give us are boring all we get is oh some ones taking leave or had surgury or "we just made one more model, people dont want to here this, we want confermation, a release date, the two things this mod has impressed so far is maps and art.

well, the game is in its alpha stage, so it will take a while before they will add custom animations to the zombies.

We will have them but they will be rare. For instance, when a player becomes infected and dies, and rises as a zombie (AI controlled) they will be a running zombie. Also, about one in every 20 zombies will be a running zombie. There will also be crawling zombies and children zombies!

perdition first of, you suck and second, this is an escape game sort of like l4d so camping in a room with a buncg of props isnt the best method for winnig the game but if you think so thats fine :D
