I was actually very seriously pondering trying to make a FT Abridged when I found your guys' trailer, so I decided to wait and see how you'd do, and I liked it. ^-^
XD Happy and Bora-mander were just great; loved them since their first lines. Natsu was pretty awesome, too, but especially in comparison to Happy, his voice was a little too quiet and didn't have quiiite enough force and emotion in it. Lucy had a good volume, but she could use a little more feeling too.
Also, the transitions were a little abrupt sometimes, like at 2:12 and 4:17. But it's looking pretty good so far! ^-^
Also, holy crap that music was epic. What was it called, and who was it by?
I think you've got potential. Where you need the most work is probably on background music/sound effects. Some of the scenes could have used it to set ambiance and stuff. Good job on your first episode, and good luck on future ones.
If only the sound was done better, but otherwise i enjoyed it. The whole Happy sounding like a chain smoker thing was definitely a plus.

I wonder if my acting improved or in a standstill v-v;;
Lucy's voice is actually one of my best voices that I have consistency with but I wonder if it is appealing to to the audience..
