How to install Android ADB/USB Drivers

guys it might say your phones name instead of other devices, and then under that your phones name again with adb interface driver beside it. thumbs this up so people can see!

@mgsBicycleO9 Well, this is for HTC phones only so I don't know how it worked in the first place. Also, you don't need to replace these drivers with the other ones. Just install the xpera drivers normally.

For anyone who is having problems getting the adb is not recognized error, it is probably because you have downloaded the R08 version. In this version Google removed ADB. Do a web search for ADB for AndroidSDK. Take those files and put them in the tools folder, and viola it will work.

Whats happens if in the device manager the phone shows up under the "universal serial bus controllers" (USB) area as "unknown device". It doesnt show up as "other device" for me.

@harmar010 The one on the top right is my over clock widget that came with the computer because it has Turbo boost because it's a Core i-7 laptop. The one under it is used to see how much each core is being used, and how much your RAM is being used. That one is called System Control A1
