Sadly people like to produce these experiments fail to measure outside of "volts" . You could build a device that produces 10,000volts and still not enough amps to actually charge a battery.

Aren't you actually measuring the voltage output of the batteries? If the numbers were MINUS 12V, then you'd be recharging the batteries...
Battery A is almost dead, has a high inner resistance. Now you discharge it, then charge it with a small pulse, causing rapid voltage changes at the battery connectors. The meters are not made for this and show incorrect voltages in this scenario!

Let me add here a battery is rated how long it holds the voltage at a certain amperage! The fact that the coil wont heat up much just shows there is not much happening here at all!

You are confusing voltage with charge. Classic misconception and a consequence of inadequate understanding of physics. You are NOT creating charge out of nothing, if that is what you're trying to show.

can someone please tell me how much voltage it would take to cancel out a magnetic field? I know it depends on the magnet, but let's assume it's a standard size permanent magnet. If i wrap a coil around it and inverse the voltage, it will cancel (or displace) the MF.. my question is, does anyone know approximately how much voltage it would take? I might just have to get a coil and try it huh?

This is only one of the many videos I have seen in the past couple of years which seem to be violating the 2nd law of thermodynamics. In fact, this "law" is not really a restriction on moving energy, which is what is really happening. When you factor in the existence of zero point energy, which has been proven to exist, you can explain where the excess energy is coming from. Due to the "conservation of energy law" that accurately describes observable parts of the universe there is not EVER going to be a motor that can use same energy from a battery to recharge another battery while using the exact same energy to propel the vehicle.
With regenerative breaking energy it's no idea to store it in secondary battery

@Si3z3 The smartest move is to invest every petro dollar into new ventures of solar/wind/wave/geothermal energy sources and more efficient accumulators.
Electric motors are already really close to perfection.
Some gains large can still be made in distribution/storage systems.
Also infra structure needs to be invested in for delivering more electric power on demand.
We really need petroleum conseerved for future plastics until we can properly work around lack of oil or synthesize petroleum.

It's not perfect, but then again, nothing is... free energy is a concept I'm afraid you cannot define. I mean you're talking about it, but you don't understand what it means. We got all the data to know how electromagnetics works so there is no "empty slot" that these devices operate in. These devices only works in the free slot called "scams", scams for gullible people.

The electrostatic force in a piece of paper is stronger than the ENTIRE gravitational pull of earth. If I place a small electromagnet below the piece of paper I can attract the iron lump so hard it will break the electrostatic bonds in the paper.

Oil = chemical energy locked up in the carbon/hydrogen bonds from plants growing previously with energy from the sun et.c et.c. Uranium = stored chemical energy made by previous supernovas. yeah, they prolly do not get it, it never was free.

Hm... You show how the voltage increases, but what about the Ampere?
I mean Wattage = Volt * Ampere...
So if the amount of Ah (Ampere * hours) in the battery decreases, then it doesn't matter that the system Voltage slightly increases - the amount of power (Watt) left in the batteries is still decreasing :(
Aren't you actually measuring the voltage output of the batteries? If the numbers were MINUS 12V, then you'd be recharging the batteries...

Battery A is almost dead, has a high inner resistance. Now you discharge it, then charge it with a small pulse, causing rapid voltage changes at the battery connectors. The meters are not made for this and show incorrect voltages in this scenario!
