Haha. My wife used to have big flabby stomach.

Until a friend of us introduce him this program offered

    at the site:

    AmazingAbs.info

and was really stunned by the result because in just

4weeks, her stomach was decreasing naturally

and abs were starting to get visible.. thanks to that

    program..

  • Holla! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got amazing 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

  • She is fine.

  • I am in love with this fitness model

  • .. you can have great abs without the need of going to the gym, drugs, or exhausting yourself with cardio.. search and watch this here in youtube and you'll see what i'm talking about: *homme-made buffed

... if my vid do help you in anyway.. i hope you give credit to where credit is due.. thanks

  • I'd never smile like that doing planks for 2+ minutes...

    WUT?????!!!!

    ...

ive been doing those daily because ive been told they're a great way to stretch but i never knew they were an ab workout.

well, i can do regular planks but i gotta work on my side ones.

  • @EternalCrappyKid

Then you aren't doing them correctly, or you already have some impressive abs. After about a minute, you should figure out they're an ab workout, haha.

  • @theLeezusMan haha i probably do have great abs...its just i have some extra layers in front haha

  • adidas top nike bottom and shes got long legs!

  • uuuhhhggg i hate these :' (

  • This is supposed to be more productive than doing crunches ..anyone have any experience as to which is better ...yields better results? I hate the impact of doing crunches but have the desire to complete my eight pack less painfully. :P

  • @sweetbilly lot of websites say it's better than old fashion crunches.

  • I do this already in Yoga

  • Really great instructional video! Love how you did such a great job!

  • Thank u soo much 4 da suggestion..I wil try it n get back 2 u 4 more help..1more qns ..the pain v get on da sides of our stomach wil subside in few days? coz wen I dnt get da pain I feel as if da plank is not working out 4 me

  • @TheNaina11 so many spelling errors

  • @TheNaina11 the pain is a result of doing the plank so therefore you need to have some recovery after doing these exercises.

  • I tried side plank yesterday but only on left side and today morning I started getting pain on my right side..Is it like if u do the side plank on left side, there will be affect on right side?? or is sumthing wrong wid my body??..Can anyone plzz tell me..m worried..reply soon!!

  • @TheNaina11 Well, first of all, I would be sure to work both sides evenly. That may actually a reason for your pain, but I'm not sure. Be sure you're concentrating on keeping your back straight and STABLE. The point isn't to lift your hips as high as you can, but to keep your body in a straight position -from shoulders to feet. Hope this helps.

  • @TheNaina11 its called soreness, tends to happens after working out

  • Wait...I actually have to get out of my chair to do this? maaan..someone has to hurry and invent a way to burn calories by surfing the web! Until then I suppose I'll get off my duff and try this out <.<'

  • Finally! A video that offers clear information and gets straight to the point. Very helpful.

  • @walkermusic My thoughts exactly...

  • Good form and I agree with Dean that this girl is beautiful!

  • somebody get this girl a mat

  • q pedo con la guerita ni culo tiene lol

  • hahahahaa

  • Is this good to ad into my ab workout routine?

  • of course :)

  • Yes, planks are amazing. After about 1-2 minutes of holding the position, you should -really- start to feel it.

  • yes sir ee bob

  • yeah.. it really works..

i've done it in soccer practice and you can really feel that is working... =-D

  • Adding the plank and side plank to your routine is a great addition to your ab workout routine. The best time to do these exercises is when you are at the end of your workout right before you are done. At this point your muscles should be close to complete fatigue which means that holding these static positions can be exhausting. Make sure you keep your abs flexed and try to hold it up to a minute. This will increase your stabilizer muscles which will help strengthen your midsection.

  • thanks, good video

  • side plank especially. done daily over years they'll give amazing strength.

  • that womens absolutely gorgeous! I started doing this exercises, they really help my abs and obliques

  • Those are my favourite ab exercises! Good video.

  • that looks so easy but its so hard i cant even do it for 2 seconds

  • You will, the more you do it

  • very imformative

  • ty!!
