hes not french canadian (unlike me) hes from france, in the update it was written: to infiltrate lumberyards, strongman comps, and canada. in the meet the spy the song at the end and the accent is from france (mon petit chou-fleur is well knowned in france but i never heard it in Quebec (french canada))

For all the people saying the spy can be told his nationality by his voice you are wrong. He has a cross accent so you cannot tell what nationality by his voice, I emailed Valve asking what he is and they said he is French because of one of his negative taunts "Ohhhhh Merde!!" which is French for "Ohhh shit!" So sorry to say he is not Italian even though Merde can also be Italian it was meant to me primarily French for the spy.

Ok, FYI:

The spy has a third taunt, just like every other class. It is executed by using the disguise kit, pick it up and just press G.

And, you should also do some preparation before recording vids, which means IF you would have done so, you'd know that you can't taunt with the sapper, and in that case you didn't have to make me very annoyed! ;)
