  • that Battle for 3rd that starts like around 2:35 is GREAT...I watched & raced from 1990 to 2003. career-ending injury on August 19, 2003. Traumatic Brain Injury; Bilateral Subdural Hematoma, Brain Sheering (separation from the brain and the brain stem), paralyzed in my right side from head to toe (starting w/ right eyebrow ending on right toes), but that was only temporary, all my feeling is back to my right side & I can walk/talk/read/write again, it happened when I was 17 years-old, I'm 25 now

  • you don't see the insane no footer done that much anymore..... god I'm getting old.

  • Wow, this was actually the first motoocross race I saw on TV back in '83, and this video was probably the reason I started riding/racing motocross...I had lost the original vhs tape of that race...thanks for posting this, I thought i would never see that race again..Me and my Bro have watched this race so many time when we grew up...:) :)..I see you have more videos to enjoy...Regards

  • Ron was just 16 then and had to go back to high school that week!!

  • @Jasong9573 Funny thing is Ricky "Too Hip" Johnson bought Ronnie Lechien that Bone Stock 1983 Yamaha YZ250 so that he could race that event. A lot of people don't know just how much Rick Johnson did for Ron Lechien (and Jeff Stanton for that matter) just to have Ron Lechien turn on him after this 1983 season.

  • The "Flying Freckles" chain came off.

  • sick! where did u get the footage, so cool man 5*!!
