A juvenile is any person under the age of 18. Nothing, i repeat nothing changes that fact! So for courts to try the CHILD as an Adult, would be no different then charging an Adult of 25 as a juvenile, That's why we have no Justice system, it's strictly a revenue system.

She lead the boy to believe that he was the reason his father split up, she told him his father was having the baby with her to replace him and once the baby was born he would be forced to live on the streets or in a foster home. She told him he was ruining their marriage and wished him dead and even threatened to kill him. It's no wonder he is fucked up.

The murder weapon was a shotgun gifted to the boy by the father so he could hunt with it. But personally this kid should rot in prison. My brother and his peers are 13 years old and wield the mental capacity of knowing better than to murder anyone and the concequences that come with it, let alone a pregnant woman. This should be looked at by the kid's mental sttate & not his age. If he's allowed to get off with a slap on the wrist with murder then what happens in the future?

The boy should definitely be punished. But it really comes down to your opinion. Yes, the boy is old enough to know how serious that crime is. No, the boy should not know how to use the gun in the first place at that age. Some may find it wrong to be given life because he has his entire life ahead of him. But others see it as him taking a woman's life and the life of a child who was never given a chance at life. But really, that's why he made this video was to express his opinion and hear ours.
