No you dont need to pay monthly for H3, but if you want to play online you need to have Xbox Live Gold, which I dont know how much it cost, Xbox Live on my Original Xbox cost 10 dollars a month which I have no clue how much that would be it Sweden Money x3

Halo 3 is a 1 time fee of 60 dollars for the game single player. If you want to play it online it costs 50 dollars for 13 months, but you can also play any other xbox games online. to play online with any xbox game u just need xbox live

Honestly, I have the Xbox 360 only because of Halo 3. I currently play Halo 2 on xbox live and its amazing because my cousins and I play together and we have our own clan and we kick ass in Halo, and im sure Halo 3 would be much on xbox live, So if you dont have an xbox 360, get one and get halo 3, if you have an xbox 360 with halo 3 but no xbox live, then thats retarded

halo isnt a good game in my opinion. it just looks so noobish and i cant take it seriously just like Naruto it has bad weapons design and the guns sound underpowered and very dorky then the customization is terrible. bad weapons design multiplayer and 1st of all the xbox360 has the most screw up controlller and is unplayable. i like xbox when it had good graphics and owned the ps2 but i x360 is such a lie. ps3 is my only choice now i wont get xbox360 if halo is all it offers

SHite doesn't break and isn't cheap. i had one for about a year (i don't have it now becuase it belonged to my brother and he moved out) and it never broke. it just needs to be cooler. (it got pretty warm) the elite gets just as hot. the only dif between the premium white and elite is the bigger hard drive, black, and it comes with and HD cable. But unless you gonna buy lots of movies on XBL then u don't need the bigger hard drive, and you can pick up the HD cable at a store for 20 bucks.

ya I read an entire artical on that on xbox magazine and the only difference between white and elite is the 120 gig which you will never fill up entirely. also they dont want everybody to sell there white and get an elite. the elite was intended for customers who dont already have an xbox 360. either way 360 is going to paown the videogame world with all of the great releses coming out this fall like assassin's creed and halo3!
