  • looks like leons knife, but other thann RE4 the thing i love about this knife is the handle and blade, the handle is smooth and its grip is remarkable,

  • there is always that one guy who is apparently "a pro knife thrower" who has to ask that dumb ass question.. good video man. I've loved this knife for years.. The price gets me though.. Because i always think well if I'm gunna buy a 400$ knife I'm gunna have to pay the extra for the chili handle and the SV30 steel... and for 475$ I'd need to hold it in person first at least haha

  • I LIKE IT!!!!

  • nice knife....stupid video....

  • Where is this knife balanced? Is the weight in the blade or handle? (Basically; how well does it stab?)

  • Can i have it?

  • and Salazar gets Leons knife in the hand

  • @evilmage567 Actually, I think the Mercworx Equatorian is more in line with Leons knife. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to add that one to my collection yet.

  • @Nykodymus ya, this ones closer to krausers knife...

  • @Nykodymus Which type of handle do you think is best, regular or chili?

  • @Nykodymus no, the Equatorian's blade is too wide to be Leon's

  • its Leon S. Kennedy's knife!

  • very funny mate - I was actually worried you were going to throw it and kill your next door neighbour! LOL

  • Hey man.

I have one of these knives I love its design and feel BUT the sheath it comes in is USELESS! I can't carry it PERIOD. Any ideas where I can get a sheath or anyone that makes sheaths that turn me from Rambo into James Bond lol. I need a slightly less conspicuous and hopefully concealable.

Thanks for any help...BTW love the throw!!!

  • @craigramsden Hmm you should try and see if survival sheath makes a fitted kydex rig for the sniper model. I myself love the sheath with a bianchi nylon belt attached, fits small of back (well my back at least) perfectly.

  • @nulljaegerfox hey bud, you got a link that I can follow to see if they have a website I can contact?

    THanks man

  • @craigramsden Does this knife really looks like a design you would conceal?

  • @John234pwns Well I already own it and I want to carry it. SO if I can conceal it I will. ANyway anything is better than going commando with it in its original thigh rig!!!!

  • @John234pwns In a word, No.

  • thats the knife leon uses in RE 4

  • idiot... i'd throw it...

  • very sexy knife tell to buy some he can throw them all he wants

  • ok heres the deal i want this knife but its it a true fighting knife or just a show knife???

  • @videomasher777 Yes, this is a 100% solid fighting knife. I have not seen its equal in design, construction, or durability. This is as true a fighting knife as you will find on the market today. Its not a combat knife, nor is it a utility knife. This knife is made for one thing and one thing only... straight cutting and stabbing the human body.

  • @Nykodymus wait.... isent a combat knife and a fighting knife the same XD oh how does the sheath look if so could i use i diffrent sheath??

  • @Nykodymus Your last statement is 100% accurate! As for ... "combat knife that fulfills the role of fighting, and utilitarian use," that's true, however in my time we carried a Ka-Bar which could be used as both and also a second knife similar to this one, but nowhere near as indestructible! They are gereat knives!

  • @videomasher777 Maybe its my own bias on what a combat knife is. I consider a combat knife that fulfills the role of fighting, and utilitarian use, in essence, a Combat/Utility knife. I shouldn't have made a seperate distinction in my last message. I like the sheath, although it does seem a bit bulky until you get used to it. You can check out their sheaths on Mercworx.com.

  • @Nykodymus In this respect, what do you think is the ideal combat knife?

  • @John234pwns Not really sure what the "Ideal" combat knife is, but this is a near perfect fighting knife. I'd same the same with the Fairbairn-Sikes British Commando Dagger as well.

  • @Nykodymus Huh, makes sense.

  • HAHAHAHAHA, I was so ready for you to throw $400 dollars. Throwing knives should always be relatively cheap! I was crazy enough to throw my sog desert dagger at a wood board in my yard, luckily, it threw incredibly well.

  • Hey Nykodymus can you do a review of the knife? and any other Mercworx knife you can get your hands on?

  • theelous3 here :-)

    & lol, well played.

  • Looks like a perfect throw for a four hundred dollar blade.
