I just wanted to chime in on the Pigtail age question. I must say that there is (or should be) no age limit to wearing pigtails as far as i can see. Ofcorse this opinion has bias because I am a pigtail FREAK!

I work on the streets of NYC and everytime i see an over 21 girl in pigtails, i pay her and her pigtails a compliment!
