cool! i personallly dont like any of the M-audio controllers because their weighted and unweighted keys feel very crappy ( either very light or clunky or just weird) and the axioms dont come with weighted keys. I think the axiom keyboards have the better of the unweigheted m-audio actions along with the keystation es 88
@ZombyWoof1000 yeah, i was reading around and those are the problems most people had, saying that the m-audio's were cheap-like. I was planning on getting an axiom 49, but i think itll be better if i shell out another 100 and go with the yamaha. and whoa, the juno stage? how'd you afford that sucker! :P
Actually, there's a store (here in Canada) called long & mcquade that sells them for 360$, even though they're technically discountinued. I went to buy one but the nearest store didn't have any, they're bringing some in from a different retailer.
I love the action on the KX8! Its not the heaviest I've ever played but it still feels very close to a real piano. I mainly use it as a controller with my juno stage but it is fairly easy to set up on Garageband. I just downloaded the driver and started GB and it worked. they dont make these any more so you have to buy it used on eBay like i did for about $300-$500. i got mine for $330
Yup. It has a really nice feel too

@ZombyWoof1000 What sound card are you using with it? I have the KX8 as well and the latency is killing me, even with ASIO drivers.
