From the Official reads I have seen, she is UNDERAGE in the beginning of the anime. I've mostly picked up she is ~16 years of age at the beginning. Thus putting her around 20-22 after the time skip.

...

Anyways, the song is beautifully composed and is very soothing to listen to. If your able to stop staring at the picture and close your eyes it (at least for me) paints a beautiful picture well worth seeing over and over again.

FFS, Yoko is NOT 14. I don't know why the hell people insist on that. First off, haven't some of the creators said she's NOT 14? Second, the villages are UNDERGROUND. None of them have seen the sun. That means they all tell time differently. It's completely plausible that Yoko is 18, because no one has any idea how old anybody actually is. The whole "Yoko is 14" is probably just a joke aimed at people who sexualize the EVA characters, who are 14.
