It does say so in the first video: 9 sheets, 4 right-hand modules, 4 left-hand modules, plus one sheet of paper that will be cut to cater for the hinges.

i know another way to put the last hinges to put the whole thing together put the last hinges where you connect it in 5:50 and put it on the other side

That depends very much on your skill, and how often you have folded it before. Sorry, I can't give a hard number here.
